Diese 3000 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern ist perfekt für die Urlaubsbedürfnisse einer großen Gruppe! Mit großem Wohn- und Essbereich, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Spielzimmer. Familien werden den Komfort genießen, direkt gegenüber vom Strand und nur eine kurze Autofahrt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung entfernt zu sein. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Cherry Grove Villas finden Sie mehr als hundert Meisterschaftsgolfplätze, Hunderte von Restaurants, zahlreiche Live-Unterhaltungstheater und Wassersportarten. Es gibt auch einen Wanderweg, eine Anlegestelle, Picknicktische und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Leider erlaubt die HOA keine Motorräder, Anhänger oder Golfwagen in der Garage. Für die Garage unter dem Gebäude werden 4 Parkausweise ausgestellt. Es sind keine weiteren Parkplätze verfügbar.

A condo with generous space, well maintained and clean, with great location and a positive owner.
We spent a wonderful week at this property and fully intend to return. The property is well maintained and the owner was both friendly and responsive in dealing with minor issues as they occurred. Parking is very tight, but almost everything else was great.

We had a great time even though hurricane Debby was there too! The porches are a great place to see the ocean and watch the storms.

We had a family of 14 stay in this great condo conveniently located across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean views with beach access across street. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen. Very responsive owner for any immediate needs on check in day. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this property. Our grandkids love the spaciousness - plenty of room to play. Kitchen is well equipped. We had one minor issue which the owner promptly addressed

We’ve stayed in many units in this building. Comparatively, this unit was well maintained and has a great view. Owner was responsive and took care of small issue immediately.

Very nice 2 floors. Second row with ocean view. Great water pressure. 2 refrigerators was great. Literally 2 minute walk acrosss street to beach access. Dining room chairs need to be recovered but other than that all 12 of us loved their beds. Planning to do family vacation here again.

A couple minor issues at the beginning which were promptly handled by manager. Everyone in our group loved the spaciousness of the unit and a great time was had by all. We have booked again for next year.

Roger was great to work with and was quick to respond to our questions. The location was across the street from the beach with easy access. The house was large enough for our group with plenty of bathrooms. It was also very well supplied with the essentials in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Having two full sized refrigerators was helpful. Not ocean front, but easy walk across the street to the beach, and decent view of the beach from this balcony.

We had a great stay. The condo was able to house all of us. The condo isn’t on the beach, but the view is beautiful to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. We enjoyed that every room had its own tv. The double fridge is a plus with all the people. There’s a public beach entrance right across the street, which is nice with littles.

It was better than I expected.
All 10 people that stayed were very impressed with the cleanliness of rooms, comfort of the beds, cable in every room and convenience of location. Roger was excellent to work with.

Had a great time at cherry grove beach. Had the space we were looking for and is very close to beach! Property is a bit dated in some aspects but I would still recommend.

It's was a great time with our group of 13, had room all that was needed. My wheelchair made it pretty good just had to move the stools at the bar, for safety of scratching them. Thanks for fixing things.

This is the farthest north we have ever stayed in that area, and we really liked it. It’s quiet and not commercialized but near things we needed. The condo was across the street from the beach. The owner was responsive and came soon after we reported that the door lock had stopped working and he fixed it. One thing they might do is gather up all the tv remotes and put batteries in them and put the remotes with the right tv’s. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place to stay modern up to date, clean, comfortable beds, access to pool . Everything is in good working condition. Easy and close access to beach, nice view of ocean from balcony. I would recommend this condo to any large group or family.👍

We had a wonderful time in this 6 bedroom condo. It was a family vacation with 9 grandchildren and three sets of adults. There was plenty of room for all. All the bedrooms are large and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc.
The condo was very clean and well maintained. The photos are proper representation of the rooms and views of the beach/ocean. A very important plus is the proximity of the condo to the beach. When one comes down the elevator and walks out of the garage, it is a 1 minute walk directly across the street, to the beach. We've been in ocean-front houses that had longer walks.
The owner, Roger, is hands-on and lives near-by.
We recommend this condo for a large family, in a nice area, that is very convenient to the beach.

Great family time!
This is the second year we've vacationed as a whole family (almost), and we had 17 people with us. This property was everything that we had hoped for! Spacious, easy beach access, close to everything! As others have said, the unit could use a tiny bit of updating but overall it is a great property, with a very attentive owner (when needed). Having 2 very large refrigerators was amazing! We would gladly stay here again!

Plenty of room. Close to beach. Would recommend
The property was fine. Had no real expectations so was neither surprised nor disappointed. For a crowd of our size, ie...17, these was adequate room and having second floor was great to have little ones spend time there to give adults some breathing room. Overall would give 4 out of 5.

Excellent host
We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first day. Roger was there immediately to get the issue fixed and checked in regularly to make sure we didn't have any other issues.
The unit was clean and the location is great. Highly recommend!

Nasty place at the beach with a view.
This unit was very nasty. Dirty walls, furniture was so dirty, plaster coming off the walls around doors, appliance surfaces sticky and dirty, ceiling fans dirty with dust, one room not useable because of mold, outlets all loose and one looked burnt, had to call owner to fix shower floor(pipe sticky out). For the price we paid everything should have been great the first week of the season. Don’t rent! rent

Cherry Grove 6 bedroom
The property was as listed. We had an issue with a toilet and the owner was on top of the issue. There are plenty of bathrooms to use. We were very comfortable. 2 large refrigerators and tvs every where. Would stay again

Great stay for the price
We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the beach! Close enough to drive to any additional services or attractions needed. Plenty of space for our group of 14. Would recommend to friends and family.

Enjoyable
Renting this condo was a breeze. Everything was as described. Roger was incredible to work with. We had a simple plumbing issue, but he was there in less than an hour and had the issue fixed perfectly.
Bathrooms were set to be very user friendly at every level. Beds were comfortable. A thermostat on each level was a huge plus!!! Elevators were very quick to use.

The house and location was really great 👍. We all had fun and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Very impressed with the kitchen utensils. Had it all! Will gladly stay there again.

Spacious
There were supposed to be 15 of us but only 8 could make it due to the "Vid". It was just the right amount of space. The only slight complaint is the floor appeared to be clean, but your socks will tell you otherwise. The Fully stocked kitchen was amazing but please toss those can openers as they are rusted. I would stay here again with the beach right across the way. Over all it was great!

Pleasant Surprise
The property was clean and maintained but a bit dated. I was a little uncertain about what to expect by the exterior of the building but once we went into the condo we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and everything was in great working order. The screen doors were not sliding well and the upstairs shower took a bit to flow well, but overall, a great place! The owner was more than hospitable and always responded promptly and courteously. We would stay there again for sure.
