Das 1985 erbaute Windemere 301 befindet sich im sehr beliebten Ocean Dr-Bereich von North Myrtle Beach. Wir haben dieses Gerät erst Ende Juni 2017 gekauft. Unsere Renovierung ist nun abgeschlossen und umfasst neue Möbel, ein neues Hauptschlafzimmer mit King-Size-Bett sowie eine neue Matratze mit Pillow-Top-Matratzen, 1 Zoll Memory-Schaum und Aloe! Neue verbesserte Doppelmatratzen für Schlafzimmer Nummer zwei. Neue Gartenmöbel, darunter zwei zusätzliche Bar-Size-Stühle (jetzt insgesamt 4 Bar-Size-Stühle) und ein Bar-Size-Tisch. Alle neuen Bettdecken in allen Schlafzimmern und neue Kleingeräte für die Küche, neue Töpfe und Pfannen und viele andere Küchenutensilien und Geräte! Alles neu gestrichen. Erst im Mai 2018 fertiggestellt (noch nicht in Bildern) - Neue Küchenrückwand, dekorative Wand an der Bar, renovierte Badezimmer, neuer Boden in LR, DR, Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad und mehr.

Our beach trip was very special this year because it was our grandson's first beach trip as a 3 month old!!
We continue to enjoy the condo because it suits our needs perfectly-the location, the views, the parking, the quiet, the indoor pool, and easy access to the beach!! The condo lay out is very conducive for family togetherness. Another great reason that we love the condo is the great communication with Scott!! We already have booked for 2025!!

We have stayed in North Myrtle many times but this is the first for this property. Things I loved: location, the ocean view windows in the living room, the communications with owner and most of all the easy entry (key code so no waiting for the key at an agency) and the easy parking and unloading. All of these make the property top notch. Then you add beautiful decor, clean and a well stocked kitchen and you have a huge win! Negatives: bathrooms are a little tight in their design and the footboard in the master bedroom is a no go for a tall people. Overall two resounding thumbs up. Will definitely stay when we come back.

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves at night and a very easy access path to the beach— flat with no steps so if you have older people who are navigating a walker or you have alot if beach gear, this is the place for you! There was enough room that you didn’t feel like you were stepping on each other and the kitchen was very user friendly. Also great pantry for storing your supplies! Bathrooms were fine, although they say they are updated recently, I feel like the tub/showers and counter tops were the only things left to be updated. Overall it was a great place to stay! The property mgr was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the beach was amazing! May come back next year!

Five high school friends celebrating friendship in Myrtle Beach. Ages 70+. Condo was perfect for the five of us. Communication with Scott was terrific. Immediate response to my many questions was a plus! Great view, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen supplies and right on the beach. Oh and parking right by the door! We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this condo.

The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. So if you are looking for a spot close to beach and near alot of things this location will work well.

The property is in the perfect location. Close to everything. The view is spectacular and the unit is very quiet. Scott, property manager, is Johnny on the spot. Quick to respond and fix anything needed. Perfect vacation spot.

The condo itself was beautiful and the view was amazing to watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony! The location was great as it is located close to a variety of shopping and eating places and there is parking right outside of the condo. We did have some issues upon arrival. The toilet was clogged in the one bathroom, there was a whistling sound when you use the hot water, the sliding glass door in the bedroom was open and it was very cold in the condo and the smoke alarm would not stop chirping all night. We got a hold of the property manager and he sent someone out the next day as he was on vacation. He offered to refund our money so that we could go somewhere else. The refund would take 3 to 5 days depending on when it would show back up on your credit card plus being that it was the week of Christmas when we and VRBO looked nothing was available. We had our elderly parents with us also. We suggested to him that he refund our first night since nobody slept and after driving 10 hours we were exhausted plus all the issues that we had and the property manager totally ignored that suggestion in the text message we sent. There were some other concerns that we brought to the property managers attention and he said that's considered normal were and tear. We brought them to his attention as we didn't want it being deducted from our security deposit. I feel for what they charge, they should have checked to make sure everything was in working condition before we arrived!

Very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent view of ocean. Indoor pool was a plus for the time of year of our stay (November). Everyone enjoyed themselves. This was overwall the best stay I've had in the Myrtle Beach area.

I loved this property! Spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen AND I can roll over from the master bedroom and see the ocean when I first wake up. That is a win! North Myrtle which is where we love to be! I will definitely stay here again!

The condo was wonderful. It had great furnishings and a nice kitchen. We had our elderly mom with us and it was an easy walk from car to condo and a nice easy walkway to the beach. The teenagers loved how central it was to everything. The ocean view was amazing from inside and from the balcony. They even had little shampoo, conditioner and face soaps like at a hotel! Owners were great to deal with. We felt like we were at home. We highly recommend the unit and owners.

Beach less crowded than adjacent high rise properties with plenty of room to spread out…great views …easy loading and unloading as parking is right next to the unit…comfortable beds…well stocked kitchen with numerous cabinets and a pantry…perfect for our family beach vacation with 6 adults and 2 teens

We enjoyed staying at Windemere 301 for our family vacation. I wanted to stay somewhere that was steps from the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The location and the views from the condo are perfect! Having the parking spaces right outside the door made unpacking and packing up the car so easy. The inside of the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and were sad to be leaving…until next time. Thank you for a great experience!

My first VRBO experience. Start to finish it was easy. Condo was as advertised. The location was great-on the beach with a great view. Security in the building was good. Keyless entry worked well. Satisfied with WI-FI and TV. Kitchen was equipped with necessities.

We travel to myrtle beach once a year and we definitely enjoyed this property. The property is in s good location and the parking is in a perfect spot. The walk to the beach couldn't be any shorter and the host was a pleasure to work with.

4 beds, 3 bathrooms- great family getaway- we had a 91 year great grandfather visiting his 7, 5 and 5 months old grand babies - the manager was very responsive- answered questions almost immediately- right on the beach and had a heated indoor pool for when it was too chilly - highly recommended

There were 6 of us and we all really enjoyed Windermere #301. We were pleasantly surprised that it was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, cups and even had a few extra cleaning supplies, including a tube of shampoo and conditioner. Beautiful view of the ocean. We sat on the patio a lot but wish it were a little bigger to fit 6 people. Great place for a get away!

We had a very nice stay in this condo. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is situated such that it is in the shade much of the day and provides a lovely view. The condo afforded us lots of space. The parking situation was perfect.

Great North Myrtle Beach Location
Property is well kept and has wonderful views. Beach access is easy or you can stay in the room and enjoy the ocean without the sand. Nice balcony with bar height chairs so the deck railing doesn't block your view of the Atlantic. Easy walk to shops in Main street. Close to too many restaurants to count. Groceries are close too. Wonderful spot to spend a week.

Great stay! Clean condo!
I have never booked with VRBO so this was my first time.
The property was as described with updates, (painted cabinets/ furniture), not included in the pics. That was a nice surprise.
There is a parking garage that is 3 stories. You can park right outside the condo & load/unload, which was awesome!
There were 9 of us, but plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. King bed was comfy. Queen was a little firm.
The view was fantastic.
The property is older, but very clean. That's what is most important for me.
We did have a few minor maintenance needs, but Scott was quick to reply, even though he was on vacation himself. He even let us know ahead of checking in about a minor repair to the washer.
The maintenance techs were also very friendly & addressed needs quickly.
Condo is in a great location.. Restaurants, gas stations, Wal Mart, grocery stores, & pretty much anything
you need.
The condo is located between 2 other larger properties. The beach was busy, but not overly crowded.
It is also located beside a public access, which is a plus because there are no public bathrooms on ground level with the pool.
Indoor pool was smaller, but was never too crowded. There's also a hot tub.
Our stay was great & we are sad to be on our way home.
So if you're still wondering whether or not to book this condo, do it! It's clean & I definitely recommend it!
