Das schöne, neuere Executive Home befindet sich in der Nähe der Innenstadt, weniger als einen halben Block vom See entfernt, mit Park, Strand und Tennisplätzen 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt. in der begehrtesten Gegend (Süd-Pandosy), nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt, alle zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe der Innenstadt. Dieses neuere Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit 4 Queensize- und einem Kingsize-Bett, 2 Badezimmer und 2 Gästetoiletten. Es bietet bequem Platz für 10 bis 12 Personen. Es hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den See von der Veranda, Schlafzimmer und Balkon im dritten Stock. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche, einen Whirlpool sowie eine private Terrasse mit Seeblick. Es gibt viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung, so dass Sie die vielen Aktivitäten von Kelowna genießen können. Mit vielen Weingütern und einem Golfplatz, die nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt sind, möchten Sie alle Vorteile dieser Lage nutzen.

We stayed four nights with eight men and the house had plenty of room. We did have to bring two comforters and a mattress. There are 2.5 bathrooms with a water closet on the third floor, where there are two bedrooms and a common area with a day bed and a futon bed. It is importantly to know that there is not a bathroom on the main floor for those challenged with stairs.
Glenn is a gracious and accommodating host who lives on site in a separate suite.
The location of the house is great with water access and tennis courts half a block away.
We would stay there again given the chance.

Beds were comfy and great location to downtown and the water
House needs a good deep clean. Had to wash most of the dishes as we took them out of the cupboards to use for the first time

We paid a significant cleaning fee in advance! However, when we arrived this property was dirty. The floor mats were filthy, stove & kettle and hood fan were all splattered with grease, there was moldy coffee grounds in the machine, with lots of dog hair around the bar stool legs, and the dining table was covered with black dirt. The living room furniture was stained and covered with more dog hair. Walking through the house left my white socks black. Six people were required to shower in 1 bathroom as the main bathroom shower scalded us, as it would not regulate the temperature & all the fancy knobs for extra water features did not work.
This place needs a thorough deep cleaning, have its furnishings professionally steam cleaned and shower plumbing issues fixed.

We were a group of 10 adults in town for a reunion.
The pros:
Great location, easy access to the lake
Space in general is great for 10 adults.
Beds are comfortable.
Air conditioning worked great.
The cons:
House needs to be updated
Floors were quite dirty. Blinds were layered in dust.
The owner is on site but that wasn't an issue for us although one of his acquaintances did enter the house while we were there. He left as soon as confronted but it is strange that we couldn't lock the back door though the owner could from his side.
Kitchen is not really well stocked. A lot of the items were old, dirty and need to be replaced.
Fridge leaked and the wine cooler did not work.
Unfortunately we won't be back to this house as there to many cons for the price you pay. Especially concerning that people have access to the house when you're not there.

We had a great time. Glenn was a great host. The beautiful puppy an added bonus for all of us. Location was great!!! House was really great !!! Would stay again for sure.

Came for my brothers bachelor party and to play some golf. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, great house great location and glen was an awesome host. 10/10 would recommend.

Glenn was amazing, super accommodating with everything we needed, the house was extremely clean and the location is great. Super close to the park where we could go sit by the water. Plenty of room for our group of 10 people. Highly recommend this property!

Went on my bachelorette trip with 10 girls. Great location near the beach and downtown. Spacious with lots of bedrooms to accommodate all of us girls. My only complaint is that it was not very clean when we arrived (the floors felt quite dirty!!!).

Great location
Close to beach and restaurants. Glenn was very friendly. Checkin process could be smoother, as we did not receive details until later in the evening before checking. Nonetheless it all worked out! Coffee machine and toaster do not work, would also be nice if there were condiments in the fridge. I would also suggest that it’s disclosed that the property manager is onsite, however that said we didn’t know Glen was there. Overall it’s a pretty good property and we had a good weekend!

Two parking passes for street parking were provided and then some spots in the back of the house.
