We liked the appartment, It was clean, exept for two dead roaches that my son threw to the garbage. The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and the rest of the mattresses were too soft in the middle.
We would love to stay again, We are in Orlando twice a year. Thank you

The location is great. The unit is very clean and exactly as noted. Bring paper towels as there wasn’t even a whole roll-only the partial from the guests before. One problem is the furniture was old. Not dirty at all, just kind of broken down to the point of not being comfortable or usable. I had seen a previous review noting the couch you sink all.the.way into it, especially in the middle. The reply was that they were going to take care of it and thanks for the feedback. I though “great!” They fixed the problem. They did not. The couch was not very usable. We had to use the dining chairs to sit in the living room. One bed in each of the rooms with two beds was also quite “pitted”. When I laid down with a kid before bed you almost roll to the center. They worked for one person sleeping in them, but they seemed quite a bit past due for replacement. We went to some other condos with our group and, although not as good of a location - had new furniture and were more up to date. A good trip and a nice condo but I would recommend a furniture update stat!

Location was excellent. The property owner responded quickly to requests for adjustments to our reservation before the stay and we did not need to reach her during the stay. Only criticism of the property was the couch in the living area. When we sat on the couch we sunk right into the springs and it was not comfortable to sit on. Everything else was great and well maintained. The pool and club house were really close, parking was easy, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed here before, during and after a week long trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention center. Having more living space and access to the pool and other amenities was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The unit was clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location…just steps from the pool. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this property and this host.

Overall, everything was great. The location was close to food, shopping, and things to do. The clubhouse had an arcade, pool, bar area, and pools. The beds in the back bedroom weren’t the most comfortable but its to be expected when you stay places that aren’t your own. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking and cleaning up. You get one of dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent so if you stay for several days you may want to buy your own. There were plentiful towels available and extra linens. Basically everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager Ana was very responsive and she worked with me to get back something that was forgotten. Would stay again!

We were in town for a dance competition at the Hilton Convention Center. The condo was so close. It was clean and right by the pool. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and some great restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay again!

This property was exactly as advertised and worked out perfectly for our family!
Ana was very accommodating as we needed to check in a day earlier than planned.
The property is clean and in the perfect location for visiting the nearby parks (Universal & Disney).
The little shops in the complex were convenient and we had great experiences at all of them (Walgreens, Moma's Cafe (breakfast), Slidders Pizza, and Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery).

Very close to clubhouse and pool. Place was clean with plenty of room. Short drive to the parks. We had an issue with the dryer and it was replaced the same day. Ana is very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was very well maintained and equipped. We wanted for nothing. We had every need met that we asked for. It was a wonderful stay. A lot to do on the property and near so many things just a short drive away. We will stay again in the future when we are in Orlando for any reason. Thank you Ana. The Fontanas

Was a lovely and well equipped condo with a perfect location to the club house. We enjoyed the quick walk to the pool. There’s a WalGreens and Moma’s Cafe just a quick walk around the corner from condo. Hardly leave the property. Food was amazing for breakfast and lunch.
Would stay here again.

The property was as pictured. Conveniently next to club house. Communication with host was prompt. Easy walk to Publix, Walgreens and Chick fil a. We took taxi to Universal. We were there for a coffee CE at the Convention center. It’s a long walk I wouldn’t recommend it.
Since we drove in it was easy for us to bring additional supplies like paper towels, trash bags, TP, dishwashing liquid. There is not enough provided if you stay for several days. Plenty of parking in gated area. Only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. There were pool towels provided but not enough bathroom towels or washcloths. Luckily there is a washer and dryer to use. We would stay here again.

The location was great - close to Sea World and other Orlando sites. Pool area had a good “resort” vibe. Condo was clean, but the mattresses in the room with queen beds are old. Definitely a dip in the middle of both beds so you roll towards the center. Otherwise a good stay.

This was one of the best stays we had away from home! Ana is a complete gem! She was amazing with communication! Surprised my daughter with a welcome to Florida and good luck last minute! Overall home and location were great. Good condition, everything you need and convenient. Nothing that we needed wasn't there but we were in Universal most of the time. After a few normal hiccups at check in the manager was responsive and adjusted. Recommend for families.

The stay was wonderful! The condo is beautifully decorated and very convenient to the Convention Center where we needed to be. Essentials are close by and easy access to all. The only issue we had (and this is NOT on Ana!!!) is that our upstairs neighbors were rudely loud and the floors and windows did not block much. Chances are-when you choose this VRBO, you will not have those same people above you! Fantastic! Would absolutely recommend!

The property was clean and nice, exactly as pictured. Except, there is a umbrella stroller pictured on the VRBO listing. It isn't there. I called the property manager at the beginning of the trip and left a message and never heard back at all. So, we ended up paying to rent strollers the whole trip, which added up. Otherwise I would recommend the property.

the property was great, very nice and clean. This was a much better option in terms of pricing than hotel rooms for our large group, plus having all the amenities of home. All the guests were friendly, close to a lot of the places we wanted to go. Ana was great to work with, We highly recommend this property.

The place was dirty I emailed the manager the night we got there and told her what I found. Was just trying to inform her was not trying to get money back. She emailed me 5 days later to tell me that if I found the place like that I would have emailed her sooner. Then pretty much told me I was a liar.

Very convenient to the Convention Center, Groceries, Liquor store, and other needs. Nice place, and next door to the clubhouse/pool. The only suggestion for improvement would be an extra couple of durable garbage bags.

My stay was fine and consistent with what was advertised. I had lots of air travel issues related to southwest which resulted in having my 8 family stay reduced to 3 day for just myself. Owner didn’t seem to care and had no interest in being flexible or trying to cooperate for a fair solution. Owner had no obligation to do so but buyer beware as I was treated as just a transaction

We (family of 5 - with teenage children) enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space after staying in hotel rooms for a few weeks.
The location is terrific.
I felt the room amenities were quite basic (but we’re from Australia and this might be usual for a US apartment). If I’m being picky, the floor could have been a little more dust free - there was no vacuum cleaner.
We would stay here again.

This property was identical to the listing pictures & description. The surrounding neighborhood was safe & right next to a Walgreens & a few other retail stores close by. This listing was very spacious. Check in was very easy. The sheets on the beds were clean & neatly placed on beds. The kitchen was visibly clean but I did see a few roaches on the kitchen counter & it even got into some food we just had got after a 10 hour drive. I understand bugs can come into any home but it’s some good poison that can eliminate roaches. Those roach traps definitely didn’t help.

We really enjoyed the location and being able to disconnect from some of the Disney hustle. We still were able to enjoy some Disney amenities between work functions & with a short Uber ride. Communication very good with property & enjoyed the festivities at the pool and bar options. Really good pizza place within walking and Publix close by so we were able to Instacart since we didn’t have transportation.
