It was very nice and tidy. Location was walking distance from food locations. This room was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The staff were very lovely and offered as much assistance as needed, went above and beyond to recommend food places. Rocio who helped us upon check in was amazing.

I could hear people in the other rooms with toilets flushing and showers running and tv going. Not that bad for me but may be a concern for others. The downside we had upon arrival was having to wait over 20 minutes for a staff member to get out of our car park we had reserved as they were parked in the middle of 2 parks stopping us from getting into ours. The receptionist Rocio was lovely and expressed her apologies for the inconvenience but the staff member in the park didnt even look at us.

I had a number of problems during my stay here. I came back to my room one night to find housekeeping had left the door the the balcony wide open! I tried to close it but it couldn’t be closed so I was forced to sleep a night with the door to balcony completely open! I told reception in the morning and it turns out the door was broken. They called tradespeople who worked on it that day (which meant I couldn’t access my room for parts of the day and that I didn’t get any housekeeping). The tradespeople were unable to fix the door (they were able to shut it but then it could not be opened). They wanted to work on it all day the next day as well but I explained that I actually needed to use my room that day. I asked it I could be moved room but was denied. My other problem resulted from a request I made at check in if I could leave my bags at reception till 4pm on my departure day. Reception said that would be fine as their reception close time was 4pm (as confirmed on all the printed information they gave me). Every day I saw the receptionist and she never indicate there was any change of plan. On the day of checkout as I tried to leave her my bag she told me that she was actually leaving at 2pm that day and that I would have to collect my bag before then! This caused a huge problem as I had already booked a tour that day based on the information she had previously provided me that I could leave my bags till 4. I also had some problems with amenities not being replaced even after I had asked for them at reception. Overall a very disappointing experience where my stay here completely disrupted my ability to enjoy Auckland.

We booked for 3 people and didn’t have towels or bathroom amenities for 3 people. However we just requested more and the staff delivered it in a super fast manner!

Staff greeted us upon arrival with excellent customer service, staff were polite and helpful in getting our bags up to the rooms, nothing was a problem. The room was bigger than expected and felt clean and spacious

The bed configuration felt a little small so we rearranged the room, when we checked in the room was clean but had a bleach smell

The staff were very attentive and made us feel more than welcome. We asked if we could access the rooms earlier than 2pm as my daughter's graduation began at 3.15 pm, and we all wanted to shower and change after our long journey to Auckland. The staff made an extra effort to accommodate our request and telephoned to let us know as soon as the rooms were accessible.

Nothing really! the only thing that could have been better was the parking as the car park is a little cramped for larger vehicles, but this is generally the case in Auckland hotels.

The Manager was very helpful and waited for our groceries to be delivered and had then in our room prior to our arrival. He was very friendly and helped us with our enquires with the location of the train station and offered to take us there is we had any trouble.

The room meet our needs as self catering and we were able to do our washing to packe for the next part of our journey
