Un albergo che sembra uno studentato,, dicono di essere vicino all’aeroporto, ma comunque ci vogliono altri 20 euro di taxi!!!Piu di 200 euro per una notte, non ne vale assolutamente la pena

Like an old, unloved, grotty boarding school. Awful linen, tiny rooms, bathroom light is automatic and light up the whole room due to the gap at the top of the door. Generally grubby and in desperate need of a make over. Staff on check in and check out really weren’t coping with anyone well. Honestly, take your money and spend it elsewhere!

közel van a repterhez es a belvároshoz a villamossal könnyű közlekedni. a reggeli es a kávé nagyon finom, csendes szoba kényelmes agy
csak kártyával tudtam fizetni, pedig kézpénzzel akartam. A szállást eredetileg reggeli nélkül foglaltam, de amikor odaértem mégis kértem a reggelit, 3 főre napi 8 fontért, plusz early checkingre is volt lehetőség.
Végül a kártyámról 100 fonttal többet vontak le, de azt mondtak nincs reggelink, mert nem fizettem ki. Számlát, illetve semmilyen magyarázatot nem kaptam. Azt mondták hogy a bank rosszul váltott. Na de 100 fonttal? szóval emiatt elég csalódott voltam. De végül kaptunk reggelit, bár a rendszerükben nem szerepelt a befizetésem.

You only get one thin pillow each. they could improve on this by giving 2 pillows each or a bigger pillow

Mold in room shown to staff who just said they will pass it on. Limited parking which wasn't free, limited plug sockets in room, shower door was see through and bathroom.door didn't deal so there was a gap. Room was very tight considering furniture.

Clean, tidy, options for snacks and drinks. Mall with supermarket and food options across the road behind the tram stop. Location near airport is great and they also have a free scale in the lobby. Airport and city are both easily accessible by tram!
Bed was pretty firm for my personal/sciatic preference but my family member had no issues.

Pristine,bright,fresh room,huge shower,lots of lighting options,comfortable.Brilliant location,straight across from tram stop and Gyle centre.Staff all very pleasant.Great breakfast selection.
Not having tea/coffee in room was most disappointing.There are free tea+coffee making facilities available at reception 24hrs.
No hairdrier in room.I didn't ask at reception if one was available to use as only there for one night.
I should have noticed both of the above in description of facilities though+not assumed both were a given in all hotels.

The rooms were small but very well laid out and had everything you would hope a hotel would have. The bed (which for me always seems to disappoint) was extremely comfortable!
Only two things…the pillow - really thin. Would have been fine if there had been two. Used my jumper to bump up the size. Sad when the bed is so good!
And…some of the staff - couldn’t work out if they don’t speak English very well or not, or just need a wee injection of personality. They managed to help with what we were looking for, absolutely, but service with a smile???? Or even a bit of communication?????

The price paid for the hotel was very reasonable and staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location of the hotel was also good.
we did not receive a twin room but did receive a family , therefore I had to sleep on a bunk bed. As I arrived at 5.30 pm the cleaning staff were gone, so I had to make the bed up.

We were in Edinburgh to see The Killers at the Royal Highland Showground and this hotel was ideally located across the road from a tram stop with easy access to both the venue and the city centre.
Nothing really - just be prepared for the facilities being as described - budget i.e. pretty basic. Had everything we needed though for our two night stay. Would definitely recommend/book again when next in the area.
