We recently stayed at this hotel with my son, Stephen, and it was an unforgettable experience! The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning, creating such a magical and cozy atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, and I couldn’t resist capturing beautiful photos and videos to remember the moment.
The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our visit, everything was perfect. It’s a place where you can truly feel the holiday spirit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Extremely noisy bus station across the road all through the night so couldn’t sleep. This after asking at check in for a quiet room

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff lacked service orientation. Not overly welcoming when we arrived at around 10pm. Hardly any staff. Noisy room with a view to an office renovation site that kept lights on thru the night. Requests to change room, and offer an interior room for an extra $ 75/day. Went for breakfast and had to request my wife’s coffee three times before it finally came almost when we were done.
The closest too small for a six day Room has no place to seat comfortably. The cleaning signs and cones where at the small lobby by the elevator the full 6 days we where there

Nunca paguei na rede Accor , pois sempre fazem cortesia e deixam entrar antes , desde que haja quarto disponível , e havia , o hotel estava vazio !!!! lamentável 😞

VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY, IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND TIDY IN OUR ROOM &
WHEN IT CAME TO CHECKOUT DAY MY PARTNER AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE LEAVING JUST YET, WE WERE ACTUALLY CONSIDERING TO EXTEND OUR STAY ANOTHER NIGHT 😅 WE SOON THEN REALIZED WE HAD TO GET BACK TO REALITY.
THE SOFITEL STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, GREAT VIBES, ALWAYS WERE WELCOMING AND ALSO REASSURED IF THEIR WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED JUST TO ASK THEM .

we were to stay in the Sofitel Viaduct hotel but were transferred to SO Auckland due to flooding issues.
I think the Sofitel would have been a better hotel.
the decor was very dark and the foyer was not very welcoming

Nothing. they put our superior room above a bus terminal parking lot. was noisy all night and awful. nothing like what we expected
They didn’t se to care that we felt giving us a superior room straight above a bud parking lot was a nightmare. they sold this as a room with city view. total deception

Hotel design, many nice sitting areas, spacious room, great food at La Maree restaurant, Spa design and good treatments, Karim the concierge person was doing above and beyond in terms of service
we booked the Luxury room with balcony, and the bath was not totally clean - there were hairs. the cleaning team arrived very quickly after we reported to reception, though.
