Дуже привітний персонал і в усьому допомогли нам, смачно, гарний хол, безкоштовно дали пляшки, неймовірно гарний пляж прямо через дорогу. Трошки далеко пішки до водного транспорту, щоб доїхати до Венеції. Але недалеко є зупинка автобусу, лише 5 хв їхати.

The place is a perfect location to visit Lido, walking distance to the beach and ferry station, but the bus stop is also very close. You can rent bikes and the staff is always present and ready to help you - preparing huge and tasty Aperol Spritz btw! Everything was great, we will definitely come back here. And definitely listen to their advice on eating at Tizziano!

I was unhappy with the room I received. The bathroom door was made of glass, it didn't isolate the noise, it creaked, the shower had no wall or curtain and the whole bathroom was full of water after you used it. The toilet bowl was mounted too high, very uncomfortable. Breakfast should be varied. They charged me an unreasonable amount and when I asked for a recalculation, they promised me that on the next booking I would have a special price, without refunding my money. I kept writing to them to resolve the situation, they blamed Booking for no reason. , then they ignored me badly. I will not return and do not recommend them.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were delayed many hours by flights. They were quick to email back. The Breakfast was wonderful every morning and so fresh, we loved everything,The Beach is right across the street, and everything is accessible to walk to. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place that is not huge & bustling with people

Accommodations was a really bad experience for us. Even if the room was recently refurbished, the mattress was very uncomfortable and not the right size for the bed. It was not possible to open the door to a little “terrace”, because of the bedside. Our room was on the ground floor. In front of one of the windows, there was a garbage bin, in front of the other some building materials. The bathroom had no holder for the toilet paper or towel rack, no hangers and….no door to the shower cabin. Water was coming out from under the shower tub also. Stuff answered politely and smiling that they are aware of all this, but…there was always a but (the guests before us broke the shower door etc) There are tennis courts right beside the hotel, all you hear all day long is the game, even with closed windows. Also pics presented on booking are not accurate, starting with the one for the main entrance. Breakfast was poor.
