Property was idea for our family. Plenty of space to have quiet time when needed and plenty of space to sit and enjoy with the family. The game room was an extra treat. The kitchen was equipped with large cookware and plenty of dishes making it easy to cook for a large group. We wished there was a small table on the 2nd and 3rd floor deck to use while sitting outside enjoying the view maybe while enjoying a drink and snack. The location and ocean view was perfect. Will highly recommend the property.

Awesome, all 18 of us were very comfortable! The only thing to make it perfect would be a second stove.

Enjoyed our stay with family (all adults) from 9/23-9/30/23. Clean house with plenty of towels/linens and well equipped kitchen and updated washer/dryer. Pool was great after technician cleaned and fixed broken pump. Those of us in our seventies used the elevator when it was working. Unfortunately, two of the days it was not. Hilary, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and addressed our issues immediately. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect property for our large family gathering. The pool and beach were beautiful. The family room with large table was perfect for both meals and games. The upstairs game room was also fun. We hope to come back again soon!

Nice property, beach access is great. Only issue we had was with cleanliness of the pool water. Our contact Hilary was very easy to reach and we did not inform them until after we had left the property. They informed us they had not seen that issue, we’re very apologetic and were having the pool maintenance company out to address. Overall nice place and stay. Assuming the pool issue is not a frequent occurrence.

We, all 14 of us, three generations, stayed a wonderful week at this house. The weather was wonderful & the house was exactly what we were expecting. The elevator was a definite plus. I'm a 4-year stroke survivor so I'm always happy with handicap accessible items. Nothing but the elevator inside but the pool had a handrail that was perfect. The only drawback (no rainy or stormy weather) was the grandkids were up in the game room far too long! For the money, we would definitely come back to this place. Everything was great - no complaints.

Our four generation family had a great time here. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. The game room was a hit as well.

It was good other that the cleaning company could have done a better job. Dryer made a strange noise but it worked well other than that everything else was good.

Easy rental process.

Lovely home, well appointed and well taken care of. Has everything you would want for a beachfront vacation - rain or shine. Had one small issue. The pool seemed to grow some algae by the end of the week. As some people came and were looking at the pump, that may have been the problem. Would definitely rent this place again - it is well worth the price.

A+ house and hosts

The view was breathtaking and the home was simply amazing. The entire family enjoyed the pool. This was the first time we had ever rented a house with a pool and as it was such a windy week at the beach, the pool was a huge plus! Our hostess Hilary was very welcoming, she checked on us to make sure everything was good as soon as we got there. I have to say her home is beautiful and was perfect for our family! We had an absolute wonderful vacation!!

The location was great, the property was spotless and we had comfortable sleeping accommodations for all of us. We had an issue with the toilets (2 needed new flappers) but the landlord was there within less than an hour to fix the problem. I would rent this property again!

From beginning to end, our experience with renting, finalizing the details, the communication and cleanliness of the property was exceptional. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this property to others.

The house is amazing, has a ton of room and pictures don’t do it justice. We had 6 families and the accommodations were perfect, we even had room to spare. We were able to text back and forth to Hilary with any issues. They had to come fix one thing while we were there and her husband was the one to come and was very professional and didn’t inconvenience us one bit. If you have a large group and need a place to stay beach front with a pool this is your place!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Had every amenity we could think of and then some. It has been a couple of years since we have been able to see family and this house made it so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely rent again!!

We Loved the property! 4 families stayed and we had plenty to do inside and outside. The house was clean upon arrival and had a fully stocked kitchen! Perfect! Hilary was very helpful with all questions and responded quickly. We had a wonderful vacation! 😁

As a postponed vacation from 2020 we were all looking forward to a getaway. And we weren’t disappointed! It was fabulous!

This was a perfect place for a family getaway during the COVID pandemic. THe kids were able to get out and get some much needed fresh air and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

The property was awesome and just as described in the listing. The house was well equipped and was very spacious for our group. We visited at the end of March and the weather was a tad chilly. The only suggestion our group had would be to offer the option to heat the pool if the home is rented during times the weather maybe hit or miss. My kids loved the game room and so did the adults. We had quite a few family friendly games of pool. One of our favorite things though was the easy and private access to the beach. The amazing ocean views from the balconies were spectacular and there were dolphins swimming every morning and evening that we were able to watch. Great place for great family time!

Beautiful home equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the short walk to the beach and grandkids were in heaven with the pool!!

We enjoyed everything about this vacation property! We spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids. The beach was spacious and not crowded. The accommodations were excellent!
