Bed was very comfortable room very clean and quite. Breakfast was disaster. There was so many people waiting for food. There was no glass for juice and cups for tea or coffee, No orange or apple juice, No fried eggs no hash browns even though no bowl for cereal. Staff have no clue. I went to reception to complain and they have also no idea

Breakfast could be better. replenishment of the items was a bit poor.

The location was close to the city. Easy to drive to. Breakfast was very tasty.

The staff were awesome! Absolutely lovely. Thank you for making our Eid celebrations so special and making us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean. Had a nice chilled vibe in the lounge/lobby area, it was nice to relax there for a while sometimes. The view was lovely. There was outdoor seating and we enjoyed having breakfast by the trees and greenery outside

Sadly there wasn’t much vegetarian options on the hotel menu. As halal eaters we can eat fish or vegetarian. The pizzas weren’t available and the fish and chips were beer-battered (we don’t drink alcohol). It was a bit of a struggle to meet our dietary requirements with the lunch and dinner menu. The breakfast was ok, eggs beans mushrooms cheese yoghurts fresh fruit pastries cereal etc. The hotel was close to the airport, but far from city centre. 50min bus ride for £2 from the bus stop 5min walk away.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms were beautiful with big comfy beds.

Only thing I didn't like was the small pillows but that's a personal preference

The heating only works when the room key is in the slot and takes a long time to heat up, so in a cold snap you can be sitting in your coat for a while. Heating instructions could be better.

Design of the bar and breakfast area. It’s small and kind of not very well thought through. You have to walk past the area to get to lifts. Small area of breakfast buffet. I expected more from the breakfast tbh. But it was ok.
