Wonderful location, lovely comfy facilities, amazing high pressure shower

The place was a little tricky to find as there was no sign, would have liked shampoo in the shower and there wasn't any breakfast provided.

Of course! Here we are running way behind schedule, (nothing new there unfortunately) Two hours after the arranged check in time (5pm)... A nice friendly phone call from our host Kohi B&B. I Informed him that we would arrive very very shortly! And please to wait for us. Another two hours later... Finally arriving dead of night our welcoming host still greeted us with a smile and gave us the guided tour of our cosy little nest for the night. Thanks Kohi Beach B&B! And sorry again!!

Was perfect for an event we had locally. Lovely room. Very comfy bed.

I was given an upgrade from the moment I arrived. I loved the privacy this spot offered and it was so close to the beach. I was super comfortable and the space was very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and the space was warm. Chris was great and I had everything I needed.

This is just something picky but it would have been great it there was a plunger coffee or a couple of alternatives like green tea or fruit tea. The hot drink items didnt live up to the quality of the space. I did get a large milk which was very generous just needed the quality items to go with it.

Hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. The facilities were exceptional, great room, comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. Suited our visit well being close to the city but away from the hustle and noise of staying in the city centre. Would definitely book again in the future.

A very modern, clean unit, spacious which was great for our 3 year old to play around. Location great and lots of food options nearby. Hosts were friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Room set back off the road so nice and quiet and vehicle parked off road as well. Room was very modern and tidy, with everything you needed as well as nice and spacious. Nice big shower with great pressure. Will be back again

Location was brilliant, 5 minutes away from where we needed to go each day. Rooms were dry, warm and big enough for all three of us. All facilities were great and owners were amazing to deal with. Looking forward to staying here again when next in Auckland.
