Excellent view, prime location right on queen street. Decent facilities, modern decor

Check in process was a hassle - keys not available on time and was located 5-10 min uphill walk from property! Mattress had broken when we got there, someone came to drop off a replacement unannounced, who promised to bring a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, said he’d be back in 20 mins - I stayed a week and he never came back, longest 20 mins of my life!! Very lengthy wait for the lift, tv and oven need upgrading urgently!! Very dirty and dusty in places, not cleaned properly. The shower absolutely BURNS you! Had the tap turned both ways and temperature wouldn’t change, could be very dangerous for kids! The handle on the window in the bedroom has broken meaning that you can’t close the window and hear everything from the city. I think the owner probably needs to come for an inspection and see the issues with the place and get them all fixed!

The apartment was great. The gym and pool were tiny… don’t expect much!

They have a self checkin system … get to one place to pick up the key and then go to apartment. BUT the door of first place was broken so I couldn’t get key. I arrived 8am (paid for night before so that I could get in early) their office doesn’t open in the morning til about midday … couldn’t get in after long flight. They said they would refund me that night but it took a month to get the money from them and SO many emails.Some sort of scam I guess.

The only positive thing was the location.

what I did not like is: The cleanliness, the equipment... We all washed again to cook. The bathroom was not clean. not enough linen, an extra blanket would be nice, no towel provided for the pool.

Location, well furnished

The drainage of kitchen sink and toilet basin are not well. The water waste disposer was stuck with 5 tea bags that block the water flow.

The location is great, everything is close. It was a good start for a short period of time. The apartment is small, comfy, nothing fancy. It is good if you need to stay for a few days. I wouldn't recommend it long term.

The apartment is noisy, especially in the weekend. Well, it is on Queen street. So if you would like to sleep all night don't stay in the CBD. Random people shout in the middle of the night. This is weird. There is no double glaziong in the bedroom, it would help with that. The wifi was horrible until we found the mesh wifi and set it up. So if you are there, ask for the mesh wifi!!!

Location. Comfortable

difficulty in collecting key. Over i kilometre from key collection point to apartment, uphill. Hard when pulling bags. Better to avoid. lack of maintenance to interior was disappointing. Collection of personal information of pretext to collect for "authorities". A lie. NZ police dont check occupants of apartments. Then collecting for insurance company. Again a mis representation. Disappointed that Booking.Com would be involved witht his sleezy company.
