The room was pretty spacious with good light. Also, there was AC which is a must during summer.

The bed sheets were not very clean, the bathroom was quite rusty and old, there was hardly ever anyone at reception, only one key available.

Getting in touch with personnel is between nightmare and impossible. Wi-Fi was down.

The location is great, everything is near. We went in Varna during holidays in Bulgaria, so we're quite surprised for the paid parking for 20Lev in the property, and it's everything supposed to be free at the day, but anyway we found a parking space for free just right next block on the hostel. The property is small but very convenient area, I guess they just need to do some renovations inside the room.

The room could have been a lot better! I asked for a room with a bedroom, but I was given a room with twin beds! The TV was not at all flat as it was noted in the offer and it wasn't working! The air conditioning was not working! The bathroom was in a really poor condition with leaking shower head, not clean enough and a bit left out! I don't think that the price should be dependent on the level of cleanliness and vice versa! I am sure that when someone hears a family hotel, they think of small cozy place, where you would be very welcomed, but in reality very far away from coziness and welcoming!
