Die Lage ist sehr gut. Unterhalb Arthur's Seat und auch nur 30min bis zur Royal Mile. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, Betten bequem. Es ist recht klein. Mit großen Reisekoffern könnte es sehr eng werden, mit unserem Handgepäck war es ok. Der Vermieter hat auf Anfragen umgehend reagiert. Schlüssel gibt es über einen Safe, Nacht-Check-in war kein Problem. Zum Frühstück sind wir ins Cafe zu Morrisons gegangen. 5min Weg, reichliche Auswahl. Je nach Anspruch völlig ausreichend.

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, meno caro della media di Edimburgo e servito molto bene dai mezzi pubblici. La fermata è davanti alla struttura e ci si può muovere con comodità.

Spartano, stanza piccola,non vicinissimo al centro, non particolarmente curato. Per una, due notti va bene, non oltre.

Bra förbindelse till stan, busshållplatsen låg andra sidan gatan.

Ser inte ut som på bilderna, låg grön plast tejpad på golvet i entréhallen, luktade mögel. Ogräs och trädgårdsslang liggande utanför ingången, vissna blommor i krukorna osv. Finns ingen möjlighet till frukost, vilket det står på Booking.com att man kan få.

Location and connectivity is good. Really good room and with all the basic things needed. Tour help and food help was given.

Easy to get to the centre of Edinburgh, 15 minutes on the bus, £2 for a single. Free on street parking around the property, rooms were basic but clean, warm, comfortable and quiet which was very good for the price.

Only minor issue was the shower button didn’t stay on so you had to hold it to keep the shower on but it worked fine and was a nice shower so I wasn’t particularly bothered.

Hazim was very good. He sent clear instructions as to how to check in, wifi etc, and would reply quite soon if I sent him any issues by text. Having the all-day snacks downstairs was really appreciated as we were out most of the day visiting, and so we were able to snack on something once we got back. It was very cold (we went in November), but he turned on the heating straight away. The location is good, there is a bus stop right outside and it's not far from the centre. We were able to leave our bags in the morning (we arrived towards 10am) and then went out to visit the city.

There are coffee and tea facilities in the rooms but none downstairs. It would have assisted to have coffee and tea downstairs to have with the cereal. A microwave downstairs would also be great. The double bed was small (my mother almost falls off one night) and there was a group of girls who were very noisy. The sink was half blocked in our room, which wasn't great. I reported it but I guess there was no one available to come fix it as it was the same when we came back in the evening.
