road noise was loud especially during bike week, and Memorial weekend bike event. We did not recognize these events were same week of our vacation

I love the location of the property. The property is very spacious.

I didn’t like the limited parking passes.

What breakfast? We made our own.

Roaches roaches and more roaches. The unit was dirty. We scrubbed down and disinfected the stair rails as they were filthy. I also washed down some of the walls. Floors were not properly swept. Sunflower seeds etc were on the floor and under the beds in my room. Rusty broken down chairs on balconies. Mold on balconies. We bleached and cleaned the walls and floor on main floor balcony. It was bad moldy. Remotes in 2 bedrooms did not work. Lamp shade was mashed. Sofa bed arm was broken. Coffee pot did not work. Unit is in dire need of painting and either new carpet or cleaning of carpet. Bed spreads were oversized in my room, torn and nasty looking. It is very obvious there is no pride of ownership in unit 201.

The property was In an ok location my complaints are we got there Sunday afternoon 2:00 am my daughters screaming something is crawling on her. My son determines it’s a bed bug we video call Carolina Resorts we wait all day a guy comes out tells us don’t use that room and shut the door. No one ever called from Carolina Resorts to offer any assistance an apology NOTHING. We had 21 people here from three states I’m pissed.
