I would not recommend staying at this place. The only positive was the location. It was directly across from the beach. Other than that I do not have anything positive to say. All of the bedrooms have king swing beds, meaning they can be taken apart and made into 2 twin beds. I went over what we wanted, on the phone, about a month before our vacation. When we got there none of the beds had been taken apart. So after driving 12 hours to get there, I had to go to the realtor's office and have them come to take the beds apart and put the appropriate sheets on the beds. The house had NOT been cleaned. We paid a $450 cleaning fee and the house was filthy. Just walking on the kitchen floor made our feet black. Several of the toilets and showers were visibly dirty. I called the agency first thing Sunday and told them we needed the house cleaned. They told me they would send someone over to do a full cleaning. They never came! Never even addressed it with me the entire week we were there. We cleaned the house ourselves. The appliances were horrible. The toaster barely worked. There were 2 coffee pots, which we needed with 15 people, but only 1 of them worked. The dishwasher did not shut properly. I am very disappointed in the house and the service from the agency. I would not rent from them again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Thomas vacation home. Absolutely loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms... The elevator was a great asset, the elevator going from the ground floor to all levels was phenomenal... All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. There are a few minor issues I would like to mention. Instructions should be provided on how to work all of the remote control to the televisions, I.e the volume control is on the side of the remote controls.... Also, the WiFi could be a lot stronger for such a large house... Everyone could not be on there phones as the WiFi slowed down tremendously..... Other than those few items the house definitely serves as a wonderful house for large families with older family members that need an elevator that can go to all floors.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Thomas vacation home. Absolutely loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms... Overall great stay!
We had a blast. The only issues was the wifi and remotes to the TVs. We had some techs in our group that got us together. Overall, really great stay!
