Front door didn't shut unless you locked it, damp patch on living room ceiling, hallway light didn't work, fridge was useless, private parking was invisible. Bins already overflowing when we got there.

Good location, to visit Manchester. good system to collect keys, Nice to have space as a family and each have a room. Property is old, but relatively clean. Clean towels available, even a few essential in the kitchen cupboards Clean bathroom Plenty of fresh towels, clean sponge in kitchen.

Only one keys is not ideal for a family of 4 as we had differentplans and , a key is needed to enter, but also to lock from inside, so had to wake each other up. Hob/ oven didn't work, which we only discovered after buying pizzas, so could cook anything, for dinner or breakfast. 3 extensions plugged into one another to provide sockets to utilities in kitchen, one being behind the sink. Which is a hazard. Good effort with cleaning in most areas, , but not 100% sure the bed sheets were fresh as it looks like a sleep print in one of the single beds. Under sofa abd fridge were not clean. Glasses not clean One window in one of the bedroom, didn't have a blind, so had to use a towel to cover.

need repair and provide enough instruction. toilet hard to flush, didn’t tell me the electric outlet is out of work, shower/bathtub spilling out water, can’t turn on stove, not enough toilet tissue, mattress are very uncomfortable.

Really liked it being spacious and practical. Heating was good once we had it running for a little while. Hosts were friendly and communicated well. It was close to shops but no disturbance from them. It was also close to bus routes to Manchester and Stockport which meant we parked up and didn't drive which is quite a relief.

The yale lock didn't work which meant we had to use the big key - as there was only one it meant all in or all out at the same time! This wasn't too much of a problem on the whole but could easily have been not the case - hosts did advise they were aware so will probably be done quite soon! There was no info on the heating system so that would have been a pain but for one of our party having a similar system. House was very cold when we arrived. It took a while to heat up but once it did it was very good! (Perhaps neèd radiators bleeding)

Beds were comfortable and after about an hour the house was cosy with the heaters on. Got to be honest the owner of the home was very friendly and made sure we were in safely.

Sadly the home was very dirty and even even the shower curtain rail was being held up with a teaspoon which had band around it. It let us down and sadly wouldn't recommend a family to go here. Lads trip away possibly but not with family.

Nice house in good location for us, quiet, easy to park outside, good size for our family. Tv and WiFi worked well, house was warm. Recently refurbished kitchen with new microwave, hob, oven.

Not clean, dirty cups, dirty oven, mould in the bathroom, tooth mug dirty, cigarette packets under bed; not enough cutlery/crockery for 6 even though advertised as suitable for 6; inadequate kichen utensils/ equipment - for example no frying pan, no chopping or bread board, no mixing/ salad bowl etc. What is the point in lovely new cupboards which are mostly empty? Inadequate cleaning materials - need to get washing up liquid, oven cleaner, mould spray and sponges/cloths. Bathroom dingy, with mould round bath, stained shower curtain and no proper mirror. Towels and bed clothes poor quality and could do with replacement. But major problem was dodgy yale lock. We got locked in and unable to get out for several hours until my daughter managed to climb back gate and anti climb security gate to let us in from the outside. Called number on booking and messaged many times but no response - made us very angry.

Comfortable, lots of space and good value. Could have had more people if needed

Far from centre so Uber have killed my bank account, check in very late and check out super early so wasted a whole day. No toilet roll or washing up liquid
