Great location, inside of condo was nice and clean. patio furniture, bbq and patio floor was very dirty. The apartment has dark walls, doesn’t get much light and the lighting is poor/ not working.

The property was exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location near to everything we needed in Kelowna. Owner was easy to contact and check in was very efficient. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

We had such a great weekend in Kelowna! The owners really had everything we required, we were even able to celebrate Easter dinner as a family. We enjoyed the pools and the amenities of the building. Would definitely recommend!

Great family spot! Secure parking and a great location. Very quiet building - the pool and hot tub was a great addition. Loved being able to dry our towels in the dryer (we were there for a swim meet). Fully functional kitchen so easy to make meals. Would stay there again!!

Great property with very good amenities, walking distance to beach, shops, cafe’s, restaurants. Very quiet complex, condo was a good size, had everything we needed!

Really enjoyed the location of this suite, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The location of the suite inside the building was also convenient, close to the stairs and the elevator - something we appreciated, especially having our little dog along for the vacation. Very nice to have a designated parking spot as well, and the supplied wagon to bring our things in from the car etc.

A number of things did not work such as ceiling fans, lights, furnace, television. There was a confusing note on the thermosat with instructions to not turn it on or the motor will burn up? Overall, we give if a marginal rating, 3 out of 5..

Neil was extremely easy to communicate with and provided clarity when we had questions. The contactless checkin was perfect and the extra maps and wine books came in handy when planning our excursions. We would definitely recommend this booking - great location, lovely clean condo, all the amenities and an unintrusive host.

This property was perfect from beginning to end. The host has thought of literally EVERYTHING. From clear and concise arrival & check in instructions, to the parking garage, television channels and MORE! Not onlly is this property in the center of it all and within walking to distance to everything you could need, the unit location in the building is also stellar! End unit next to elevator and front entrance to building AND it is on the same level as swimming pools, gym, and more! Not only was this property clean and completely functional for our needs, we had coffee beans & grinder to grind fresh for our coffee, creamer in the fridge, and a large collapsable wagon to move items from car to unit and from unit to beach and back! We found everything to be beautiully designed and thought out. Host was pleasant, communicative, and OH SO accomodating as well as responsive. Allowed for early check in AND late check out, which was very much appreciated since our stay was only one night. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering the beautiful city of Kelowna. Thank you, Neil for your pleasant interactions and a great stay! We will definintely be back! Also, we were happy to see that Canada RECYCLES! And we had the easy option to separate our recyclables without question on what/how to do it. This is important to us too.

Fast and easy contactless checkin and check out! Well equipped apartment. Clean, spacious and comfortable. I didn’t need to ask for anything. Location is amazing. We had a blast at the pool and walking the gorgeous nature boardwalk right beside the building. Had a beautiful time in Kelowna!

Close to exciting things, all walkable and a fun patio entertainment area on site to enjoy. Comfortable living quarters with nice views. Recommended for visiting for sure.

We spent a week here and it was absolutely wonderful! The location was amazing and Neil was very responsive and was easy to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and responded to all of our requests and inquiries very promptly. We will definitely be going back next year :)

This property was in a perfect location. Extremely clean and check in was a breeze. Neil was very prompt with responding to any questions I had. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a weekend getaway close to the beach and downtown Kelowna

This property is in the perfect location to enjoy the sights during the day and then leave the car parked for great dining and city walking in the evening. The area is beautiful and fun and the nearby restaurants are fantastic. Neil, our host, gave us some great recommendations and was always available to be reached if we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was seamless, the condo was better than the listing, the location was perfect (so close to amazing restaurants, beach & shopping), quiet, and the pool and hot tub were yet another bonus!! The condo has everything you need for a short or long stay. The icing on the cake was the host. The communication and response time fromNeil was impeccable and his genuine willingness to accommodate guests would be hard to match! I will recommend this condo to others and will not look anywhere else to rent when I return. Thank you again for the lovely stay in beautiful Kelowna!

We had a great stay in Neil’s unit. Very clean, well equipped, and great location. Neil was by far the most responsive host we have dealt with in all our years renting through VRBO. We highly recommend him. We will be back to stay here again.

The first thing you will discover when you book is that you have a fantastic host. Neil really cares about making your stay the best. He responds to any message really quickly and accommodates your wishes as much as possible. His condo is in a great location for being a part of downtown Kelowna and is cozy and well stocked. We had planned to come earlier in the spring but had to change our plans and Neil invited us to come when we could. Two days in Kelowna for minor surgery were made so much nicer returning to the condo when time permitted. Thank you Neil.

Was a fantastic location. Close to a lot of eateries and breweries. A few areas could have used a little more attention to cleanliness. The oven and a few items in kitchen were dirty.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath, kitchen layout is perfect for a family of four. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. My only complaint was the lovely pool featured in the ad was closed until the May long weekend, and no indication of this was given before we arrived. But there was another pool - crowded, not quite as nice, but it wasn't the end of the world. Otherwise very happy with this choice. Neil was very helpful.

We were facing cancer & surgery in our family, and needed a warm, comfortable, convenient place to stay during a very stressful time. We found that in Neil’s property. He was helpful & compassionate, and ensured our stay was as stress-free as possible, & understood when we needed to extend that stay for several days. I can’t say enough good things about Neil or the property. I’d stay here again, without hesitation!
