Old facility, old room dedigns and elevator, old hotel in general no luxuries facilities, not wide passeges, narrow, toilets ver old and superfecial repairs, price is challengable

There was nothing to like in this hotel. It is very bad experience 😔 😕

I did not like the room because the room wS not clean. They provided us only two small towel for whole week, and they did not provided toilet roll. There was a cattle without tea bags, without sugar and milk. Reception staff only understand Arabic? I paid by credit card on arrival in the hotel. I requested for an invoice and they did not give me an invoice? I have paid and I need an invoice, it is my right!!! I also work in a hotel in Austria, and I know how the hotels in Austria organised. They didn't give us hotel address card, I think they don't have hotel card. The receptionist written the hotel address on a piece of an old paper. It looks like that hotel is located in a very remote area and there is a shortage of everything 😳 We had to take Taxi everytime when we wanted to go to Masjid e Nabwi, and in the evening it was very difficult and more expensive to come back to the hotel...... Tha hotel is too far and not on walking distance from Masjid e Nabwi !! They charged more than one hundred Euro per night but in return they didn't provide any facility. In Austria or other countries in Europe you pay less amount for same category but you get much more facilities!!! I will never stay in this hotel, and I will not recommend anyone for staying in this hotel!!!

property was not clean at all stains every where, bad room odor, no hot water in master bed room toilet, I was forced to take my shower in my daughters room. toilets are slippery, fall down many times. I was searching for the receptionist at check out but no show after I called hotel number he replied to leave the key at the disk, no invoice given or even ask about the stay!

The location is perfect

The bed was not comfortable, pillows are old, no tissues in the room or bathroom, room cleaning was ONLY provided when requested

The staff is nice and helpful but the hotel itself is an issue

I am really shocked how this hotel got +7 rating.. I arrived I didn't find the apartment which I booked, they provided me another small room.. Very poor, bed broken, cement in bathroom floor and wall, bathroom door broken, closet not opening and closing , generally not clean and very far from haram

the rooms were bad overall and the hotel was far away … I felt I was in a hookup motel

Flexibility in Check-out

There was no basic things in the room like towel, tissue, water, mirror, clothes hanger etc. Just a room with 2 beds and a cupboard without hangers.. TV was there but I dont care about it. High tariff, far from haram shareef. Totally not worth it!
