Staff is good but washroom is not properly cleaned

Overall a nice place to stay. Kitchenette room has lots of space in main room. Downsides: Access to rooms and bathroom inside main floor room are not set up for mobility challenged persons. (Stairs only from parking lot to rooms, very low toilet in room without “grab bars” to hold onto for balance).

Functional with basic conveniences available. For an average quality accommodation, with our stay prepaid, the hotel charged a deposit of $200. All other places we have stayed in our trip so far only charged $25 to $50.

Great location, room was clean and quiet.

My wife really enjoyed the pool.

The service is very poor. All they card about is their money not customers. We were short of towels and they gave us very little body soap and shampoos and conditioners.

So quiet, and beds were very comfortable. Best night of sleep we had in the las couple of days at other hotels

Room was clean. Upon checking in they told me there was a film set outside my room and that I couldnt use that stairwell (had to go all the around to other side). They filmed until almost midnight and had a dog barking incessantly until then. Pool was TINY compared to the photo and was packed with screaming kids morning to night… so not a very relaxing experience.

Outside was lovely - lawn was well kept, pool was nice, good location for the purpose of my trip. The interior rooms however COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I stayed in a suite with my two children. My children shared a bed in the seperate bedroom. This was the first disappointment, as I was assured there were cribs (I even clarified: crib, not playpen). They assured me crib. It was not. The rooms were not furnashed completely. Night stands, lamps and chairs were missing. The kitchen in the suite was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls were plastered where holes had been, but not repainted. The fold-out couch that I had intended to sleep on was literally a wooden box. It was awful. I brought up my concerns to staff who were happy to switch my room. I thought this would help; however the second room was just as bad. The kitchen cupboard drawer was broken, the bathroom was dirty, dust everywhere on the ceiling fan, and AGAIN not furnashed. Utter disappointment and management should be embarrassed.

5 adults in kitchen suite. Pros: Quieter AC than normal. Comfy beds. Cons: TV in poor location. Bathroom off bedroom forcing others in main room to go through bedroom. Recent renos a little sloppy in areas. Dishes require washing before leaving (potentially unsanitary?). Fridge loose connection & not on when arrived. Extra Towels & TP not present so extra trips to office required. Cramped parking. Not worth the cost especially after taxes & fees. Some extra restrictive service policies. Overall rating between poor & average, maybe a OK?

Bathroom had hair around floor, tub and sink. No face cloth.

Please include better and sharper knife in kitchen. Front staff was kind and provided a sharper one when asked.

The outdoor pool would have been lovely, I think, but it was cool and rainy the day we stayed, and we got there late. They also have a putting green and an area where you can BBQ and eat outdoors! I would definitely consider staying for a few days while exploring the city and areas. On a main street, so I think transit is nearby… Only two possible drawbacks—no breakfast included, so bring something for the mini fridge/microwave, or walk/drive to a nearby restaurant. Also, in our room there was a little table with two chairs in the corner and the chair barely fits by the bed. If you have a family of three or four you can sleep in the two beds but can’t really eat together or hang out in the room on a rainy day. The bathroom may be crowded for more than two (tiny counter space).

Very comfortable beds and the 2 Queen bed option we had had a foldable door between "rooms" so my Mom could go to sleep while I stayed up doing a bit of work. No breakfast as Expedia notes and bring your own favecloth (they no longer provide them, just towels)

Clean, nicely renovated. Comfortable bed nice bedding. Well appointed kitchen stocked with all the basics. Nice grounds and pool. Friendly helpful staff.

Very unfriendly staff, argued with us about the reservations when they couldn’t find, rooms were not cleaned properly and it smelled.

It is an older motel but you can tell that the owners really take pride in the building and property, and I love that. It was clean and up kept. The pool and pergolas with seating were so nice. Great for families, especially those on a budget. In comparison to how much everything else was, I felt I got good value here. I would go again and really enjoyed being able to have two rooms… one for the kids and the other for me.
