Nice, modern apartment, clean snd spacious. Bed was comfortable, central heating was a nice feature. Massive bathroom and wardrobes.

The room looked out onto the chiller where there was constant activity during the afternoon. The chiller motor was on and off all night, right beside a window in the bathroom that would not close. The room was shabby and there was no walk in shower. I had to step into a deep bath which was dangerous for me with limited mobilty.The staff tipped empty bottles into bins at night and woke me.

Next to a gas station and food options for walkable convenience. Friendly staff. Value for money

I was blown away, loved it. Only negative- we had an easy access shower which flooded the bathroom with each shower. Also there was no waste bin in the bathroom. Will definitely be my first choice when I am in Auckland again.

Was quiet new and modern

Rooms are quite overdue for a makeover. Staff service was bland - blazé. Its centrally located on the Northshore. Close to motorway on-ramps. Pub, restaurants & takeaways all esy walking distance.

The wooden window frames were cracked and full of mould, the heating was not working , no breakfast as advertised, the bath filled up when you showered, broken chair, burnt heater grill on the wall. The only blanket in the room was hard, looked disgusting and way to small for the bed. After hours service did not exist, I was told that they would inform someone about my no heating issue the next day, they did not. The wall socket next to the sink had no RCD and was broken.

Was nervous when I read the reviews as we've previously stayed in the new apartments BUT the Jade family room was great! Yes a bit worn down but a lovely view, safe feeling, plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6, comfy beds, big tv, full kitchen. Close to sports park & loads of eateries. Handy to motorway. Friendly staff. We will be back!

Had to get upgraded due to poor condition of rooms. Then at the apartments there was an out of control party for most of the night.

There was a party that got out of hand, abusive language, fighting, police and broken bottles everywhere! Unfortunately I felt unsafe. The electrical fittings were old and clearly not up to standard. I had to fill a glass from the sink to full the jug.

The hotel location was central to where we needed to be, close enough to the city centre but across the bridge on north shore. In terms of the room we got, the heatpump was noisy and the remote control worked on and off. But it helped to block out the vehicle traffic and foot traffic noises. This would have been contributed to the fact that our room was immediately next to the road, reception area and staircase leading to the upstairs rooms. We were out most of the daytime we stayed there so only realized and highlighted the matter of the leaking shower stall to the staff after the first night stay. Had asked for an extra towel to dry off the bathroom floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Should have checked the reviews prior to booking. Our 'deluxe' room was more like a dated motel and could use a revamp. Would have appreciated a knife in the kitchenette to make some simple meals as they had other common kitchen utensils. From what we gather in the reviews, the apartments are modernised so that may be a better option for a future visit.

Very noisy night .. The people staying above us were on drugs and partying and arguing.. the room was not clean properly and in very poor condition Shower was also stained and not cleaned and water was leaking .. Dishes in cupboard weren't clean properly and nor was the jug it had black spots all in it.. The outside of room was filthy and play ground was disgusting Everything needed water blasting. The floors weren't vacuumed or mopped properly and there was so much dust by fridge and bedside tables . Horrible stay definitely don't recommend and would love a refund as that was a long night and couldn't wait for the morning so we could come home. Not coming here again.. This place used to be clean tidy and much better cared for .

Place easy to find and pizza hut right next door and other dinner options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room clean and has cooking facilities. Bathroom floods from shower and spa was very hot at 40°.

Hotel was overall pretty old and not kept in the best condition. Heater did not always work in my room and shower did not get hot at one point. Bathroom was very old and not kept in good condition. For the price I paid I would have rather stayed in a hostel since I was solo.

Needs a refurbishment.

Room was nice and tidy check in was super easy. Great location and loads of food options would be happy to stay again.

It was convenient and well priced. The complex was old and tired looking. Coud only supply one key for the room. 3.5 overall

Nice appartments and easy parking

Room was dirty. Hair on the floor. The floor is not mopped this place need a renovation not worth the money.

This motel is a great location for us and we have stayed here before but the room this time was terrible. No hot water for the shower, so cold showers!!! Main kitchen tap leaked, and the switch to turn the kitchen hob on was broken and dangerous. Not the experience we were expecting at all.
