Very nice stay for the price. Breakfast was very good. Pool nice but not very deep. Hot tub was hot and clean.

The room we were put in was sooo loud from the highway and they were able to switch us to the quieter side which was greatly appreciated.

If you stay ask for a room away from the hwy, was a little noisy.

The room was clean but the washroom light kept going out every 15mins. The location of the hotel is on the road and the windows are garbage. You could hear the traffic as if you were sleeping on the street. Initially i thought the window is open; however, it was shut and locked.

The staff is very kind and they are willing to help under your request, but the carpets and the furniture are stained and not very cleaned.

My stay was very good, the rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking and easy access from Highway 97. The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee, but you can make a good cup with the Kuireg in the rooms.

The property itself is beautiful. It is a newer hotel right on the highway. Not in a very good area. I don’t know if I’d stay again because of the area. Staff was ok. Dealt with a woman who was rude & a man who was super kind. Breakfast is over at 9:00 sharp everything gone.

Hot breakfast option is always eggs, hash browns and sausages. If you're staying for more than 2 days you will get sick of eating the same thing for breakfast.
Onsite Filipino restaurant is pretty good.
Very limited kitchenware (plates, pots, no glasses nor cups in our room). Full size fridge and microwave came in handy. Exhaust in our washroom did not work. Homeless people are parked just outside the property gate.

Our one bedroom suite was large but not well equipped, and in need of maintenance. No safe in room. Very sparce on cutlery - 1 or 2 knives and forks, no sets of anything. Highway road noise is loud, request room facing the back . The staff are pleasant and polite.

Only thing I don’t like about this property is its main entrance, other than that it’s pretty good.

Everything was great during our stay and we really enjoyed our one week stay in this hotel. The only thing I could suggest is to replace the shower heads with some new and modern shower heads. I am not sure about other rooms but the shower head in our room was very old and almost painful water pressure when standing under the shower

Nothing major, just a little detail things. There's plenty of electrical outlets and USB in the room for use which is a nice touch, as for a traveling tourist you always have gadgets that needs to be charged up every day. However, in the bathroom, there's not enough of wall hooks for hanging and drying the towels, instead of the hooks theres shelves for you to place the towels but will not dry faster enough.

Great little hotel for a quick trip, had everything we needed. Loved the continental breakfast!
Not the hotels fault, but there is a mini mall across the street (which is great), but you have to walk a ways to the cross walk...or play frogger across the highway.

I stayed here one night while in Kelowna. Very clean very well kept building and surroundings. However customer service lacks smiles and thank you for staying. Maybe it is a cultural thing however usually feels good when you are happy your customers are staying at your facility. Also Traveled with a perfectly behaved Service Dog with papers and was charged $100 incidental and money not returned. Breakfast was great, clean area and an endless supply of breakfast goods.

Needs a good cleaning, all high touch areas were filthy, our room had pop sprayed all over the walls and door. Not enough toilet paper (didn’t start with full roll or any to replace) , had 1 Kleenex in the box .
In room by elevator and ice machine, very loud. Also was on the road side of the hotel , very loud had to sleep with ear plugs .
Also breakfast was below average .

I didn’t like being charged $100 as deposit

The 1st night we told the lady desk clerk that hot tub was ice cold. She said - I KNOW! NOT LIKE I CAN FIX IT. 2nd Night groups of teenage boys were running the hallways for hours, screaming, laughing and knocking on my door as late as 10:37 PM. I sent 3 emails to the "manager" with no response. Great property but it need proper management!
