Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were super friendly and even helped us make dinner reservations. And guess what? We got an upgrade to an after room! The rooms were huge, super clean, and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough - you’ll love it!

Very nice hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We checked in early and our room was ready. The hotel is between two vaporetto stops, so it makes it easy to use the public transit!

The hotel was lovely, the service, the staff were excellent but what was truly unique and outstanding was that for the first time in my life I left items in my room’s safe AND housekeeping gave it to the front desk who contacted me immediately and arranged to have it sent to my home. Sentimental jewelry, a lot of cash. What could’ve been a disaster turned into a renewed faith in humanity

Quaint and beautiful

Very happy to have stayed here a few nights. The staff was very polite and helpful all around. Having breakfast available every morning was a plus. We had a great stay here.

The beds are very comfortable.

The property is conveniently located in a wonderful area that has excellent restaurants favoured by locals. Chairs, from the front desk, provided excellent and clear directions on how to arrive at the hotel from the airport. The bar offers 8 different variations on the traditional Negroni. The breakfast is excellent.

So glad we found this hotel. Can't wait to return. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

A pleasant surprise after touring several areas and other hotels in Italy. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Definitely a premium to have all three in Italy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and pleasant, and the location was peaceful, away from the bustling area but delightful. The breakfast not as good as I thought but okay. Will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel in every way- location, amenities, the room and views were stunning. Vincenzo was so much more than a bartender- knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining and a great mixologist too!

We loved the Palazzo Veneziano. The location was ideal. Quiet, walkable, gorgeous view. Water taxi was right there. Restaurant around were amazing. Our room was a little small but clean and just enough for the two of us. Hotel personnel was great, ready to help and recommend places to go, things to do. Thank you for everything!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms we had were lovely. Location is perfect and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. The team here is exceptional, I would highly recommed!

Beautiful property

We stayed at the Palazzo Veneziano for our recent trip to Venice and was pleased with the property, staff, and location. It's located along a canal and within 15 minutes walk to St Mark Square and other major attractions while offering a calm atmosphere away from the crowds. It has its own private dock which is super convenient for travel by water taxi. The closest vaporetta stop is only 2 minutes walk away which offer easy access to the public water bus system. The staff is extremely helpful even before and after our stay. They organized a private photo session for us and was responsive in answering all our questions even after we have left the hotel. The property is clean, spacious, elegant, and modern. There are several dining options close by the hotel which we found to have more delicious food than the venues around St Mark Square. Big thanks to the staff for giving us a memorable experience in Venice. We will be back!

Great stay in Venice! Walkable to all sights and close to waterbus lines and restaurants nearby.

Great location and very clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff (reception and dining) was friendly and approachable. Room was cozy and clean. Location is a bit of a way from the hustle and bustle of Venice but we appreciated that it was not busy and quiet. A major plus for us was the option of transportation to and from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had high expectations and the overall experience was better than expected. Check in was smooth and we were offered a room upgrade which was very sweet. The room was super clean and bright with a lovely canal view. Service was efficient and all the staff were pleasant. We were in Venice for the Biennale and the location of the hotel was perfect for it, very easy vaporetto journey to both the Giardini and Arsenale. It’s also away from the chaos near San Marco and offers authentic Venetian flavour. We go to Venice every two years and would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Terrific location-quiet, outside of the main busy tourist crowds, yet close enough that you can walk in town in five to ten minutes. Also there is a waterbus and water taxi stop right out front of the hotel. Top knotch staff! Friendly, helpful, amazing. Learn the number 2 bus line, you can get off at Accademia from Lido and it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Bit far from the main attractions, but if you like to be away from the craziness, this is a very nice to be.
