Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Old charm but modern amenities. Very clean and well-stocked. We were able to walk or catch a bus to anywhere we wanted to go.

Our first time traveling as an extended family of 7 to Edinburgh, and what an amazing location to stay in! New Town was close to the action but felt like a peaceful suburb. Our 14-month old loved looking out of the huge windows at the cars (and dogs!) on the street. The kitchen was great for saving a little money on breakfast and lunches. Having a Sainsbury’s a few doors down was one of the biggest perks! We went there multiple times a day. Kitty O’Shea’s up the street was another highlight. Francois was very accommodating with items for our baby and worked with us through some electrical challenges. Highly recommend!

The apartment is even better than it looks on the fotos. Amazing location, we could walk to the city center easily. There is a supermarket within 1 minute and wonderful shops & restaurants and a yoga studio within a few minutes walking distance. The contact with Francois was excellent. He explained us how to check in very well. On the day of department we could even store our luggage in an apartment, as our flight was only leaving in the evening. If we go to Edinburg again, we would definitely try to stay in the same apartment. Many thanks for the great service Francois.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay here! It’s in a great location - we walked most places we wanted to see. It’s a nice layout - we had 4 kids and 3 adults staying here and it felt like plenty of space. The apartment is welcoming and Francois, the host, is helpful, responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Francois is a very nice host and we loved the stay in that appartment. The first day we couldn't handle the control for the heating and he was very helpful. Even on a Saturday. We enjoyed our stay in this Georgian building very much and certainly shall come again.

The apartment is huge with ample room for a group of people. The location is within easy walking distance of the Old Town attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a washer/dryer which is convenient if you need to do laundry.

Spacious with nice atmosphere. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the beds were comfortable; the kitchen would benefit from updating but was adequate for our needs. The traffic noise, particularly at night, was quite noticeable but we accepted that this was a function of the convenient city centre location. The host communicated promptly and gave clear instructions.

The flat was in an excellent location and a great size to accommodate a large family group. We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a newborn and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and it was wonderful having two bathrooms. The streets are a bit loud (mostly in the mornings) with the windows open but that’s to be expected in a city flat. The convenience to old town was amazing….we didn’t use any buses/taxis and easily walked to the castle on the hill, botanic gardens, museums, etc even with all children in tow. There are plenty of shops/convenience stores around for all meals whether you want to eat out or eat in at the flat. All in all I would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Francois’ place. Very spacious. Within walking distance to many of the sites. Francois let one member of our party check in early, which was very accommodating.

Great location, safe and walkable to old town, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable furnishing and updated bathrooms. Francois was very Responsive throughout the process! I traveled with my four daughters and my senior parents.

Our family visited Scotland for 4 days while in the UK for a number of weeks during the summer. This is a fantastic flat for a family of four (or more). It's a close walk to all the sights in New Town and Old Town and is far enough away from the tourists and noise. Unit was quiet and spacious and as described. Francois was a great host, very communicative and responsive during a situation at check out. Highly recommended this flat for your visit to Edinburgh!

The home is a convenient short walk to Princes Street. We felt right at home in this spacious flat. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 5. Local grocery store is only a few steps away. Our stay in Edinburgh was very comfortable in this home.

We really enjoyed staying in the roomy apartment that would be great for large groups with the 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were renovated and modern. It was an easy walk to many attractions and the train station, making it a great vacation home base. Francois helped with answers to all of our questions before we arrived, and was an excellent host.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how big the apartment was. Plenty of room for everyone and the the host made checking in very easy. The host was very responsive and kept in contact throughout the weekend. Nice location and could walk everywhere.

5 of us stayed very comfortably here in Edinburgh. Convenient to Rose Street, Princes Street, and George Street. Flat is on a corner so expect street noise, which is part of the city charm and gives you a great view. Well appointed stay and gracious host, Francois. Thank you.

Charming property in great location. Decor and furniture needs attention.

Location was amazing! Host François was very helpful and very nice. ( we jet-lagged showed up early and he was very patient with our unexpected arrival) Superficially speaking: shelves/hooks in the ensuite bathroom are needed. ( rugs could be replaced or deeply cleaned). Overall though very comfortable with lots of room. and very close to groceries, shops etc. close to beautiful water of Leith path. Would stay again, recommend.

I can’t praise our accommodations enough! We had every convenience available from dishes to TV. It was a wonderful and centrally located apartment - very close to pubs, restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Uber and taxis were readily available. Francois (property manager) was so very helpful, attentive and accommodating as well. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The property was in perfect condition when we arrived, neat, clean and everything in its place. There was a problem with the heating in the small bedroom which Francois fixed for us by the end of the first day. The location couldn't be better, for us, it was walking distance to New Town, the shops, many restaurants and sights. There was also a local grocery store about two doors from us which was very convenient. Old Town could also be walking distance depending on what you are used to, if not, it was a short taxi/uber/bolt drive. A nice place in a nice part of town.

Property manager, Francoise was very helpful and communicated with us all the time and he helped us a lot. I would suggest two things about the property: (1) The front door lock should be changed as early as possible. Even though we managed but sometime it took long time for some people to open the door. (2) The bathtub in the room with attached bath should have a holding bar to hold on. The floor is very sleepary and there is nothing to hold onto. People may slide and accident can happen.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location to explore the city. Spacious apartment and Francois was very accommodating for our large family with small children.
