Was a great choice for us to stay here. The only down side was the lobby was freezing cold.

The stay at Buena Vista Suites was excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent.

Fantastic hotel!

This hotel is super close to Disney world and was accommodating for all of our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice, the only complaint I have is that people who were staying in the nearby rooms were really loud at night and it was hard to sleep...

Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was very updated. Super comfy beds. Shower was huge and had good water pressure. We did not enjoy the breakfast. There were many options but nothing tasted good. Even pancakes were bad. Kiddo was super disappointed. Coffee was not good and was cool. Had to go out to eat. And you are not allowed to take food to your room.

This was my 4th stay in this Hotel. My little one and I love everything at this place, and we will be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful experience here! Last minute short trip over to Orlando to see my daughter who was in town for a confit at the sister resort next door. First impression upon entering the building was the cleanliness, and the amazing fresh clean smell that was throughout the entire building. Check in was easy, staff was extremely friendly, and informative. The room was huge! Very spacious, separate sitting room with a sofa bed, and small dinette table for 2. A mini fridge, microwave, coffee table and large screen tv. Bathroom with commode and tub/shower, with the sink vanity separate . Then the bedroom with two beds, a very large closet, and a dresser with another tv. Plenty of lighting in each area of the room. The AC was extremely efficient ( maybe too much so for me as I was cold!) Had the pizza and it was good, again great friendly staff and cold drinks. Breakfast was better than most “inclusive breakfast “ hot eggs, hot potato, hot sausage and hot pancakes along with usual cold cereals, breads for toasting and all the coffee and juices. Also had fruit and an oatmeal station. Easy walk to the sister resort that had several restaurants and bars. There is a shuttle to and from the parks and Disney springs. Overall I wound highly recommend this for singles couples, families or groups, and will for sure come back if I need a place in the Orlando area.

The property was pretty good. No complaints really. Wish there were more food options. The breakfast wasn’t great but the pizza place by the lobby was good. Room service came from the sister hotel next door and the pizza we ordered for our child didn’t seem to be made properly. But again, no major complaints.

Cost was right on, close to Disney property, clean and great breakfast

Overall, we had a great stay. There was a small amount of grime in the restroom. And the transportation to Disney was nice but the shuttles do run out of room so make sure to book early and I do wish they could pick you up a little earlier after the park closes. We had to wait an hour. However, staff was really nice & breakfast was pretty good. A little limited but did the job.

Quick overnight to fly out next day. Area was close to all, staff very friendly and informative, bed comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a solo trip to Disney and had a blast! The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was included in the stay as well as a shuttle to and from the parks which made everything so convenient! Will definitely be staying here again!

This is one of my go to hotels when in Orlando. Room are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room are a plus with hot breakfast included with your stay for an excellent price. Their customer service is great and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples or solo travelers. It does have a little corner pizza place and it is delicious!!! Overall a great place to stay and best of all it is very clean!! My only con is that the parking lot is somewhat small in comparison to the hotel and number of rooms.

Great location. It in between all Disney parks. Publix, Chipotle, restaurants, factory stores all in 5 min distance. CVS across the street. Check-in took 2 minutes. Vey nice and clean room. We are going back in few weeks.

Hotel offers a great free breakfast during your stay, which is such a convenience if you are heading to theme parks. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The gentleman was very nice from the moment we checked in towards the end of our stay. The hotel was overall clean,quiet, and I would definitely recommend any friends/family to stay here!

Good customer service. Clean and everyone that works there are very helpful. The only thing that should be upgraded is the gym and the pool.
