The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was good too. My issue with this hotel is being charged a additional fee that front desk said was a security deposit ($50) that would be reimbursed a few days later on my credit card. Well it’s 8 days and a $50 deposit with another $50 charge is still on my credit card. Called 3 different phone numbers and they all take you to a reservation service with no direct phone # to the actual hotel. Horrible customer service here. NEVER STAY HERE; SCAMMERS!!

Make sure you ask about air conditioner because the one we had in our room made knocking noise the whole time couldn’t sleep much

It’s a nice little hotel for a quick one night stay before your check in date. Of your just looking to stay a few nights. Not sure as to what’s in the area as we used it as a pit stop.

Breakfast was not great and did not get refilled quickly. Rooms were not cleaned at all while we were there and I had to take my dirty towels to the front to get clean towels.

The hotel is filthy. It smelled like urine in the lobby and stairwell. The carpet on the 2nd floor is filthy. Our room was dusty everywhere including bedside table, the tub had tons of hair in it. We didn’t spend the night, after going to CVS pharmacy and buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room, “cloroxing” down the bathroom, still couldn’t spend the night, we left. I’m disappointed in Wyndham hotels for letting this LLC use their license. I booked this hotel relying on the Wyndham name.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only issue was tub was very slippery. A bath mat would be useful.

It was in a great location near shops & dining. Samuel was amicable but Jennifer made the difference. The first night we were given room 119 . It had a musty smell & we thought it was some strong detergent they might have used to clean the floors or sheets. That evening it still was bad & it kind of it smelled like mold or mildew. The next morning I ask the girl (Jennifer) at the counter if we can get another room because of the ordor & she was very accommodating & gave us room 105. Due to her is why I gave it 5 star & would definitely return. Prior to her I was having 2nd thoughts & was not very hspponly because of the room. Other than that everything else was fine & the breakfast was very good & clean.

Very disappointed in this hotel, it needs a major upgrade! The room was clean at a surface level only, there was dust on a lamp, and food crumbs under a table that was in the unit. The bathroom was ver antiquated and did not feel clean. We were not comfortable even showering. There was no humidity control and everything was damp/ wet. The hall carpet was stained and sticky! Was there only one night but would not go back. If I couldn’t find a hotel room and they had an opening then maybe I’d stick it out. For a Wyndham Hotel, this was very disappointing. Plus I forgot to mention we paid $260 for the night, which was way overpriced!

Over all a good stay , could use some new more comfortable beds , some comfortable chairs in the rooms for relaxing and watching tv , also the pool could have been cleaner . Needed a small microwave in breakfast area .

All i can say is if you just need a place to crash, this fits the bill (sort of). They need a lot of replacements and repairs at this place. We didn't bother staying for breakfast, it was NOT appealing at all. If you like BAD coffee, you're in the right place. Seriously, for the money we paid it was a motel 6 wannabe at best! Good luck!

Convenient location, ok for one night, staff was friendly, breakfast was solid. Rooms were ok, nothing special, added bed-room in the 3 bed suite had very little soundproofing/insulation. neighbors kept the wife and I up for over an hour in the middle of the night talking/arguing. Kids slept fine, way quieter in the main room.

We o ky stayed 1 day. The hotel room was decent, 3 beds so it slept 6. The one room had no TV so be careful if you need a TV to sleep. Everyone was veey friendly and helpful. The pool was great. Small and perfect for me and the kids. The breakfast was ok, but we didnt get much as it ran out quickly. Overall, I'd say we would stay here again.

Everything in the room are too old. They need to buy new bed, sofa , lamps etc and try to remodeling the wall( a lot of crack)

It was really nice, but the refrigerator was broken. The desk clerk did everything he could to make things right. He was one of the Friendliest desk clerk that I have ever met.

The hotel was just as the pictures showed. Nice,clean and comfortable. I have absolutely no complains! The guy that helped me at the the front desk was so nice. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me and my daughters feel very welcomed.

For the price this was an excellent choice. We live close to myrtle Beach and just wanted to stay close for a day without spending a whole lot. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed but the staff made it better, they were very friendly and made you feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again for a quick stay near the beach.

The hotel smelled terribly and our room was even worse. They say it’s “renovated” but that must be what they call it to get people in. I’m not sure if it was mold behind the walls or what the smell was but it was nauseating and we left 1/2 way through our trip because we couldn't stand it. We considered doing out laundry till we found the laundry room to be flooded.
I’m not a picky person but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel room. Don’t stay!!

If you need a place to stay. When your budget is tight. This is a option. Now, you know the old saying. "You pay for, what you get". So don't expect a four or five stars appearance.
The staff on the other hand. Is phenomenal! Very friendly and professional.

I appreciated the modified family room. It gave us plenty of space and great separation for a sleeping baby. The room were decent with tile floors. A couch wouldve been a great addition for seating, especially with the room being so spacious. The bathroom is where I had a little issue. They were not that clean, so I felt like I had to go behind and clean(mainly the toilet). A random quirk about our room was the TV. They used a universal remote and it did not have the full functions to fix an issue with the TV so we were stuck with seeing a pop up screen every 10 mins. Great location to public beach with convenient shops/restaurants nearby.

Online, the pictures looked pretty nice and I decided to book a room for me and my family. Once we got to the hotel I could sense something was off, the hotel looked ghetto and suspicious. Once we got inside everything looked a little off, the breakfast corner wasn't good, the pool outside looked awful. When we got to our room the room was awful. There were empty candy bar wrappers and hairs in the shower. It looked old and outdated. It looked nothing like the pictures online. There was only one, tiny window, and it felt depressing. I felt like I was about to be killed. I don't recommend ever going here. Expedia does a poor job at fielding their hotels
