Rooms are big and location convenient. However, the interior is dated and we had the impression that it was not very clean (which might come from the unrenovated interior).

This hotel is well located in the south region of Sao Paulo, convenient location to move around in an easy way. Facility is large and looks outdated but clean, safe and gently managed by its personnel. Breakfast is a complete set of the best Brazilian offer. No doubt, we will come back

It was really good that the personal speak in English. But the room doesn’t have air conditioning with hot air and I call to ask for extra blankets and they told me that he was the only one in charge and he couldn’t send me a person with the blanket. It was... really?? My floor has like a 100 rooms and they have one guy at night for ALL the hotel. That was awful. I slept very badly that night.. maybe i misunderstood and in the description it is explicit that is only for cold air.. but. How would I can imagine that a 3,5 star hotel doesn’t have a hater or something. There are other hotel near it, that you pay the same and the commodities are really better!!

The hotel needs to be remodeled. It looks like it has the original carpet and bathroom fixtures when it was built back in the 70s. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was limited.

generally speaking the staffs are nice, but the facilities are old and the room is noisy.

The hotel is OK, fairly decent accommodations and location. However, the front desk staff doesn't do but the minimum to do their job. I call to see if I could check-in just a couple ours before their standard time and they said that if they had rooms available (which they did) I could do it. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that I had to pay 150 reals if I wanted to get in my room before their check-in time. It did not occur to them to mention that when I called. What's the matter with this hotel? If you have the room available, why wouldn't you be nice and allow your customers to check-in? Service doesn't seem to be a big part of what they offer.

After a long trip, I was expecting to arrive to this hotel and have a nice rest in a king size bed. However, to my surprise, even though I had booked and payed in advance a king size bed room, and stated that I was going to arrived late; they gave me a room with two double beds. I called reception and they told me they had no room with king size bed available but if I wanted I could request a change the next day. I was pretty annoyed because I was on a business trip and the only reason I had booked this hotel is because there were king size bed rooms available. I requested a change the next day but I had to wait for it. Anyhow, the new room they gave me was not pleasant either, stank like feet/VO, sheets and toilet were dirty, but I was too busy and tired to complain. Certainly will not book this hotel again. The last thing I wanted is to spend time and energy to have to deal with these issues.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights.I arrived early, but I cannot checked in. The staff told me check in before 10am would charge the whole fee, and after 10am, would be half.I have to wait till 2pm, even they have room available.It was not so good and I never met before.
