Awesome hotel great a/c (a big plus) in the heart of San Marco. Walkable to just about anywhere.

Nice location

This was the perfect place to stay. It was in the middle of everything you would want to see and there was plenty of restaurants and shopping right out your door. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was great! Very good breakfast to get you going in the morning. Very friendly staff. Rate was great as well for such a great hotel.

I'll start off by saying that the location was great! Close to everything! The service however, was not good at all. We were not greeted kindly by the one person who was there for our stay at both check-in and check-out. We could only suspect that he was not a fan of Americans. We tried to make conversation and be friendly but he was not interested in welcoming or getting to know us at all. He was rude and we felt uncomfortable at the hotel. Our luggage was lost by the airline and our flight was delayed so we arrived late and didn't have any phone charges to use for European ports. We asked if we could buy one nearby. He simply replied that it was too late. He had three nearby the counter and didn't offer to help especially due to the fact that we had children with us. We will not be staying here again. The hotel is very quiet - no restaurant or bar within the establishment but plenty to do nearby.

Elevator only until 2 nd level. Our room was on 3Rd level. Non existing shower. Bathtub with shower Handel without shower curtain, low ceiling, cannot stand in shower Water taxi only on specific tides

Front desk staff was very accommodating, allowing us to store our baggage as we arrived before check-in time and coordinated a water taxi for our departure. Room was clean, AC was cold, and breakfast was everything you can ask for. Overall wonderful experience and would gladly stay again.

We were very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. Good location a short walk from the water bus (there were a few stairs to climb with luggage). Bedding was the best of our Italy trip. Bathroom was a bit small but fine. Breakfast was good. All in all we were happy and highly recommend.

Convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful. A solid 3 star hotel. No better or worse than expected so good value for the money.

This place was great. Conveniently located in San marco but off the main path of the big crowds. Beautiful room that overlooked a canal. The only downside was there wasn’t a real shower, just a tub with a shower head which was kind of messy.

Great visit to Venice. Hotel is in a fantastic location. We had a family of 6 in three rooms all were clean and well maintained with excellent air conditioning that can be adjusted by talking to the front desk. It is possible to get a water taxi right to the front door of the property. Desk staff very helpful and informative. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order. The canal this hotel is on was pretty quiet (mostly gondolas) but in the center of everything and walkable to everywhere you want to be.

Great location, very close to S Mark`s Square. After leaving, I realized I left my debit card in the safe. After emailing, the hotel staff helped to have the card destroyed. Thank you very much.

This hotel is a real gem. Our room was spacious, air conditioning worked great, breakfast was delicious, the rooftop patio was lovely and quiet in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great but a little tricky to find the first time and is a bit of trek to reach if walking from Rialto ferry. The street and canal outside are bustling during the day but quiet at night. It was lovely to watch the gondolas float by from the window in our room and listen to their accordions and singers.

Awesome room we had with a nice balcony over the canal. Has a historic, yet updated and modern feel. Would recommend!

Slight walk from the water bus station. Chose a room facing the canal, and it did not disappoint! Room was tremendously spacious and beautiful for the price. Breakfast has minimal options however. Very walkable to numerous attractions. Would love to stay again!

Everything was perfect

Perfect hotel and room size. Amazing location and access to local shops. Our only complaint is that there was limited hot water for bathing during our trip.

Property is in a great location. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at reception. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Location and cleanliness

I would have given 5 stars but the mattress was hard & pillows flat. I would stay here again. Staff excellent nice breakfast buffet location 5 stars!

This hotel was wonderful. It was so convenient to all the main sites. The concierge was so helpful for arranging pickup when we left and recommending restaurants. Would stay here again if I ever return to Venice.
