Amazing location. Amazing staff. Room is basic but worth it for the location. An elevator for luggage would be nice. Would absolutely stay again.

Location is second to none. Literally a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and waterbus station. Many shops and restaurants around, very convenient. Francesco was an excellent host. Clear instructions for everything and provided some very helpful suggestions. You do need to walk upstairs to the room, but it's really no big deal. Yes, indeed only one bottle of water per room is free. Can't believe someone made a big deal out of this :) Or just pay 2 euro if you need more, which is on par with restaurant price anyway. We stay there only for one night, but will gladly stay at this location if we come for a longer visit next time. We checked out right after breakfast the next morning and left our luggage there till around 3 or 4. It was no problem at all. And no extra charge :) A very good experience all in all.

The hotel is very old, rooms are small, bed is very uncomfortable, but it is what you get for the price. However, it is in a great central location.

You're staying in the city center and everything you need, such as restaurants, water bus stop, is within a few minutes walk away. San Marco Square is only 10 minutes walk from this B&B. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 4 and loved it. Room was clean and provided all the amenities needed. A nice complimentary breakfast was provided every morning with fruit, cereal, milk, coffee, bread, ham, cheese, and juice. I have no hesitation in recommending this place!

Convenient location for Rialto district and nice breakfast. However, 3-night reservation for two-person room included a grand total of 1 complimentary drink from the minibar. Not one per person or even one per night. I'd rather they didn't offer any at all. It would be less insulting.

The most surprising aspect was the long staircase to climb just to get to the reception. The staff were delightful and helpful (excellent), although the room was just plain, with an adequate bathroom (plenty of towels). The breakfast was simple but good (although they ought to keep it open longer hours just to relax) Neighborhood was typical Venetian, and close to everything, with the Rialto stop just a short walk away. I'd say get an elevator! otherwise quite good.

Staff are the most friendly and helpful people you can find. Great location and easy to find with close proximity to water taxi stop. Super clean rooms also.

30 sec from Rialto, great A/C and clean comfy room. The coffee machine isnt great and there is no kitchen at the hotel so breakfast is honest but minimal. Small and clean, brilliant staff and cant fault location. Bargain x

Hotel location is great as close to Rialto bridge and San Marco and 20mins walk from train station/Plazza Roma. The email instructions on how to find the hotel was good and found it straight away. Although hotel reception only available from 8am to 8pm, we had no problem with this and staff were very helpful.

Location was perfect! You can walk easily to the most sightseeing area. Staff were kind and friendly. Only drawback is the steep staircase - this hotel has no lift.

Ideal situation for exploring Venice. Convenient for the vaparetto and easy walking distance to all the museums and sites of special interest.

Francesco, the desk manager at check in, was friendly, fun and great to work with. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The refrigerator in our room didn't work, and we were told it would be fixed the next morning, 3 days later when we left it still was not fixed. The hotel is in a great location.

Great staff (Francis was exceptional). A two minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Set breakfast and basics for us the night before so we could catch 0603 water bus to airport. Easy to walk to EVERYTHING!

The hotel is very very close to Rialto bridge so if you ever get lost just follow the signs to Rialto or ask any one. Rooms are average but clean. There is a fridge in a room. There is no elevator in the building so be prepared to take your luggage up 3 to 4 floors. Take a water taxi 2 from the train station to Rialto. Staff are friendly and nice. They will send you direction to the hotel if you provide them email. If you are checking after 7:00 PM, it's important you contact them ahead of time because you will be using another location for entry and registration!

Good place for accommodation of two people. If you will come back to hotel for bath and sleep, there is good place with perfect location. Clean and small room, lite breakfast, some noise from nearest square.

The experience was just amazing, not only the hotel was in a great location but the service was really good.

When we arrived at the hotel we found that there were 2 flights of steps to climb with our luggage prior to arriving at reception. Although the hotel was in a convenient location to transportation and sites, it was in a noisy alley. Our room was noisy due to people constantly passing by and we were also disturbed by the vendors in the piazza next door. We were also disappointed with the breakfast that was served. The food was minimal and was not replenished regularly.
