I’ve stayed here several times and have every reason to stay again in the future.

We love Cabana Bay. This is our fourth stay, to access the parks. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful in all departments. We had a particularly good experience with all the people in the Universal shop (Dwayne, Dharma and everyone else) as we shipped some things that we bought, back home to Australia. We had a lot of questions and they were all very patient and superhelpful over a few days. It all happened very smoothly and the duty managers were exceptional as were the staff. My only issue would be the amount of processed food available, which made it hard for meals as I’m allergic to a preservative that was in most foods. There wasn’t much access to freshly cooked meals. Apart from that it is fantastic and great value for money. Another thing that works well as the bus to the park. The drivers were all terrific and waited if you were running along at the back, wondering if the bus was going to go or not. They always waited. Buses were very frequent. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Great hotel in a great area. Only drawback is that they only clean rooms every other day. So if you are there for two nights they will not clean or change towels. You must call down and ask for fresh towels. I would still recommend this hotel.

I accept that the hotel has an "every other day" policy related to housekeeping for guest rooms. Our room was missed or skipped on our assigned day, so I called the desk well before they were done for the day. I was told my room would be put in the queue for cleaning. When I returned to my room later in the evening, it had still not been touched. I called again the very next morning and was again told we'd be attended too, even though it wasn't our day! Seriously - you see I called previously! Later in the day I returned to find a bag of towels and other items dropped on the floor - bed still unmade, trash overflowing, etc. Completely disappointed! At that point, I needed to get ready for dinner and didn't want to be disturbed!

Great Stay

Hotel room, lobby, pool area, and eating areas were very clean (only 3 days after Hurricane Milton!). The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. We requested a few things via text and they were delivered immediately. The Bayliner food was very good and very reasonable for the quality and amount. They also had grab and go things available. Kids loved the pool area with a slide, lazy river, and 2 pools. Parents loved the 2 hot tubs! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend it!

I really enjoy this place specially because it’s close to the theme parks and CityWalk but what I don’t like about it is how you have to use your room key to get into the pool area when your hands are full wish they could figure out a better system for that

The stay was great and I downgraded to get a volcano view standard room. They said that they would have to work with Hotels.com to refund me and I have yet to hear from Hotels.com regarding my refund, so that is a little concerning.

Really nice hotel. Check in lines are a bit long they offer online check in but I didn't get a link from hotels.com to check in online so i was not able to use. The hotel is clean and looks very nice has a lot of amenities. Food is very good and has a lot of options. I don't like that I was not made aware that you have to buy a float for the lazy river or you can walk it but doesn't make sense to me to for a hotel to have a lazy river and not offer complementary floats that was really upsetting. Love the transportation from the hotel to the parks/citywalk.

My stay at the Hotel was average, I expected more from the hotel such as cleanliness, comfort and it wouldn't be bad if they added a basic breakfast that was included because the truth is quite expensive.

fun place two great pool options. Limited selection cafe. The bus takes you right to the park. Many activities at the resort and you can get your tickets and upgrades at the resort

The Cabana Bay has impeccable service and immaculate rooms and grounds. The location is perfect for going to the parks. My only teeny tiny complaint from this visit is that we booked this hotel because they usually do a Halloween horror nights experience every year in the rec room. That's the only reason I paid a little more to stay here as opposed to anywhere else. And for some reason they just didn't do it this year. They just had a few decorations in the foyer.

2nd stay in the past 6 months. Plenty of food and drink venue choices. Doesn’t feel overcrowded. Appreciated the use of microwaves and toasters in the diner eating section. Hassle free early checkin both stays. Great pool area. Enjoyed the Coke Freestyle option our entire stay.

Nice place to stay with family

I LOVE this hotel. It is a chill vibe and the theming is immersive. You can't beat the price of this resort compared to other theme park resorts' prices.

Took too long to check in but I did not book through your website…next time I will book on Cabana Beach resort website. The gate by my building from the parking area was broken when we checked in but got fixed the night before we left. I was satisfied that it was fixed pretty fast. I will be staying again!!! Excellent service from everyone on the property especially the cleaning crew on 5300 floor during my stay.

We had our 2 year old grandson with us and it was perfect!! The beach pool, lazy river, and water fountain play pad for toddlers made it the best place for us!!! The shuttle to universal was so convenient and a large food court for meals made it a one stop stay. I would recommend this fun place for any families on a vaca to the universal area of Orlando!

Check in was very long over a hour , need to be more efficient in that department! Place was very nice other than that !

I like how clean my room was & the view was pretty cool two thumbs up.

Everything was fine love the banana pudding ice cream!! Hated the bathroom and wish it had a heat like to dry our wet clothes

Love the property. Nicely decorated for Halloween.

Looking a little run down and drinks stations often not working and coffee machines constantly empty with resort not that busy.

The buses run so often to universal parks, we didn't have to wait long. Very convenient. The cost of parking and the functionality of the gate isn't great. Using the key card to open the gate was very unreliable. $49 for 2 days seems a bit much for parking.

We absolutely love this place. Our second time here. It just feels so relaxing and fun. The convenience to the parks and also the free shuttle buses to and from citywalk make it a perfect fit for families.
