The actual facilities were good but the floor and surfaces were dirty. We have a 4 month old and if he had been crawling we would have left on the first night because it was so dirty. Instead we stayed one night and left the next day. Really disappointed

Very central and close to everything . Apartment very quiet considering location and had decent sized rooms .
The big and only issue I found , was the 1-2 seater sofa bed. The sitting cushion never stayed slotted in and you had to keep pushing it back and not the comfortable . Overall though will be back as great value for money and staff were great .

We had an amazing stay at Stay City. We stayed whilst in Manchester for our anniversary and a night out.
The hotel upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment, left us goodies and all the staff we met were great.
The room was clean, comfortable and with everything needed. The aircon was good, great TV and hairdryer. A shelf in the shower would help as there is nowhere to put anything but again, a minor niggle. the showers were powerful and hot, and it was great to have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bed.
We had a good nights sleep, the mattress on the bed was a little soft for me but that is a personal preference.

Really nice apartments, all very well maintained and everything you need for a short stay. Ours faced the front and train station entrance so was quite noisy although not too bad at night. If you prefer quiet, ask for one at the other side.

Lovely places to stay plenty of room for me and my friends we really enjoyed staying even tho it was for one night it made our trip so much cheaper as we could cook in the room only issue was the oven glass was a bit dirty didn’t bother us but I know it would bother other people and we didn’t have much wash up liquid but other than that it was fantastic place to stay we will defo come stay again

Myself and my two teens spent a night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were very lucky to recive an upgrade on arrival which was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I was amazed by how quiet it was for a city centre property next to the train station!

Despite being physically fit, I did not feel safe climbing out of the shower/tub. There was a high lip, slippery floor, and nothing to hold onto.
There were no instructions for use of the washer/dryer and it was very frustrating to use and left my clothes very wrinkled.
It was difficult to contact reception from my room. There was no phone in the room, the 'chat' feature on the guest website didn't work, and no phone number was listed. I had to Google it.
In other respects, the room was fine: comfortable, quiet, and clean.
