Doesn’t have a reception, have to go to other hotel at cross street to check in Air condition keep failing and had to be reset I saw small roaches running around Old furniture Broken shower hanger

We felt unsafe on the property and left a day early . There is no chance i would stay there again.

WHERE DO I START!!!!! ORBITZ REALLY NEEDS TO REMOVE THEM AS OPTION FOR A PLACE TO STAY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE AT THE ACTUAL DUCASSI THERE WAS BABY ROACHES IN THE FRIDGE AND ON THE TABLE. THE VIEW WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! SMH...I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE CAN HAVE THE NERVE TO EVEN WANT PEOPLE TO STAY THERE. NO PHONE...THE TOWELS ARE LIKE MICORFIBER SAND PAPER..NO WASH CLOTH AND THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. SO WE MOVED TO ACROSS THE STREET SMH RUSTY DOOR KNOBS MY AC DRIPPED WATER EVERYDAY THE FURNITURE IS FALLING APART NO PHONE THE BLONDE LADY IN THE MAMGEMENT OFFICE JUST NASTY. WE WERE ASKING FOR AN IRON ITS IT WAS LIKE ASKING FOR A MILLION DOLLARS! THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE HANDY GUY! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!! I THINK WE NEED A REIMBURESEMENT FROM THAT HELL HOLE ORBITZ!!!!!!!

The hotel rooms were not cleaned properly and had a nasty smell. Had to transfer to the second building across the street which was a little better. The ac was not working properly the entire trip.

Hotel is very nice, Beautiful grounds, big pool. Beaches very nice. Actually, we spent all our time at the beach.

Punta Cana is our favorite place for vacation! And this one place provides good service for very reasonable price.

Stuff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast . tons of activities to do during the day and night activity as well. The beautiful ground was so nice to walk around, would definitely return.

The area is beautiful and you are located probably in the best part of Punta Cana. The room is very big and spicy. Very good Internet connection.

Stay in the suite. The room was spicy. The bed was comfortable. Their conditioning was good. Nice service with friendly people!

This hotel smells really bad. We talked with other guests that on the photos it lookes like a really nice place but the reality is so far from that. Breakfest was the best thing about the hotel. We had only one night at the hotel.

Check in was difficult. No towels in room. Didn’t come to clean room for 3 days. Pool news maintence and cleaning. Area is lively. Water needs improvement

Property is mid at best

I have never done a review before but this time I feel compel to do one for this property. First, the owner needs to burn it down and start over. I originally thought this was hotel according to the listing but it’s not. Imagine taking a shower with salt water, literally. We had to buy bottles of water to brush our teeth and I had to shower at my friend’s hotel. I knew something was up when the front desk gave me the keys to go look at the room and comeback to officially book (that’s unheard of). At that point, we had no choice because our flight was delayed, we got there late and everything for that weekend was basically booked. Next, the appliances are rusted (literally), bathroom has plumbing issues, ceiling bathroom looks like it is about to cave in, they advertised 2 bedrooms but it is actually a studio with a pull out sofa bed… The list is long but I’ll just leave it here and simply say, whoever the owner of that unit are, shame on them. They need to do something about that unit and stop listing it as a hotel because it is not.

The advertising was a total misrepresentation. The suites were dirty, there was no spa . The surroundings very dated and rundown. It was advertised with a private beach. We had to walk to the beach through dirty streets and alley ways!! The smell of sewerage on the street as you step out of the suites was deplorable! The kitchen was very dirty and all the appliances were rusty and in very bad condition. We did not use the kitchen at all. The bathroom was old and run down. The room was never cleaned . They did, however change the sheets and put clean towels out every two days, but never cleaned, swept or refreshed the room. Very disappointed.
