The apartment was clean and well maintained. The best part was the excellent management by the staff. The videos on their website were very helpful. The staff was approachable and quick to respond to any questions. They went out of their way and accommodated us for an early checkin, by noon, though usually its not available before 2 pm as the cleaners don’t finish by that time.

The location is easily accessible by public transport but like anywhere in London it takes a long time by road.

The host is very friendly and the flat is cosy and comfortable. Check in and check out without problem, we can only recommend it 😊

Location was excellent, facilities were great and the remote staff managing the property were quick to reply, flexible and happy to help. I'm not too familiar with London, but the transport links were pretty seamless and the local facilities were very good

London prices :/ Also, the decor is a little too neutral for my tastes, I prefer a little character, but neither of these are issues really within control of the property. I guess market forces are what I didn't like?

The property was located in a nice quiet neighborhood that had many restaurants, grocery stores and shops, while also being close to public transportation. There seemed to be plenty of parking spaces on the street in front of the property, had we rented a car. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had the perfect setup, two bedrooms and one (spacious) bathroom with a separated kitchen/living room area. Because we stayed with a baby it was especially convenient that the apartment had a cot, washer and dryer, and electric kettle. Finally, Alexis was very kind and helpful and gave us very detailed instructions for check in which made our arrival very easy.

Lovely apartment, we will come back for sure! Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family stay, we are a family with 3 kids. It’s perfectly clean, well decorated and it has all you could need to enjoy your stay in London. The apartment has been recently remodeled and it looks lovely! The beds are confortable, the living room is so cozy, the bathroom is brand new, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, well connected by bus and subway, so it’s easy to get to the center. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment and we absolutely recommend it. The host is very nice and easy to talk to, he has made our stay in London a happy one.
