Brand new property with top of the line amenities. Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating giving us many recommendations and always ensuring we were being well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

A beautiful well presented boutique hotel in a very convenient location with walking to all major Venetian attractions. Easy to get to using the water taxi from the airport, Elia was a fantastic host with great communication before and during our stay with directions to find the hotel, good local attractions and restaurants. Nothing was to much trouble and the welcome Prosecco and farewell coffee & cake was well received. Thank you to the team at Ninfea and I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Our experience at the Ninfea Luxury Suites has been great. The hotel is new and everything looks classy and clean. Great location, wonderful welcoming owners and staff member. We can highly recommend it and most certainly come back in the near future.

Really lovely place and staff, we were extremely happy with the room! Very well located, close to biggest sightseeings. Everything was new and modern, as this place is only 1 year old and freshly renovated. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed at Ninfea Luxury Suites for two nights and it was fabulous! We were welcomed with coffee, tea and cookies during our check-in and brought up to our room on the second floor which was spacious and had more than everything we could have needed. My first thought was how beautifully decorated our room was. I loved it! So unique and the attention to every detail was noticed. This is a family run business and they are the sweetest and kindest people. We wish we could have stayed another day as there is just so much to see in Venice! Anytime we needed help with transport or finding some particular place Elia was quick to get our map out and show us the way! He also assisted us with contacting our water taxi company to set up our meeting place to depart for the airport in the am. We were ending our two week 40th Anniversary trip with our stay in Venice, and it did not disappoint. Ninfea Suites was the perfect little Boutique hotel for us! They even surprised us with some delicious chocolate, champagne and a gorgeous vase to put roses in that my husband got me. All in all, a fabulous place that the owners take great pride in. We feel so fortunate to have ended our trip in Venice and at Ninfea Luxury Suites!

This was a terrific, new hotel...an old building renovated for a new use. Very efficient and contemporary amenities. It's a family run operation, and the most notable asset was the manager -- Elia. He lined up a water taxi for us. Met us at the drop-off point and walked us to the hotel. First time in Venice, so we needed that. We got the same escort when we left the hotel a couple days later. Elia made it a great stay, much more easygoing than it would have been.

Ninfea was a special place in Venice. Elia, welcome us and guide us to the property taking care of our luggage. He even coordinated the private taxi (a must to transport from airport to Venice). The suite was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Everything was excellent. I will highly recommend this family running business. Special gem in a special place such as Venice.

Excellent Staff

Stayed over there for 1 night, but I was very pleased with everything. Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. And it’s really clean. Everyone really tried to help with everything. It was the first hotel in Italy that we truly had a good pillow. After 16 days it’s important :). They’ve got only 6 rooms so if you’ve got a chance reserve one of them. I literally cannot say enough good things about this property! They only opened in February of this year but don’t let the lack of reviews intimidate you. This is a GEM in Venice. This is a family owned/operated boutique hotel and so it gives a really homey but luxurious vibe. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a fresh spritzer and visited with the owner a bit about things to do in Venice and places to eat. They were more than willing to arrange any reservations or transportation for us. They helped us get our luggage to our second story room so we didn’t have to take it up stairs, and also had us leave our luggage in the room when we were checking out and had it waiting for us downstairs when we got back from breakfast. They helped us navigate getting tickets and getting onto the public taxi boat system, and even went as far as to walk our luggage over the only bridge! Throughout our entire stay they literally went above and beyond, my husband and I were stunned. The room itself was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Italy. The bed was comfortable and the shower alone had 3 sprayers. I’m someone who is really picky and apprehensive about hotels and this one just felt clean and homey. The location is also amazing, just a 7 minute walk to St. Marks square and extremely close to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely gorgeous, truly modern boutique feel in the center of San Marco. Spacious, stylish rooms are even better than the photos.

Beautiful space, very clean and fresh, amazing service

We only stayed here for our final night in Venice but would certainly return for longer. Comfortable and modern with all the classic touches in a great part of the island for what we desired. Elia was an excellent host and even guided us to our water taxi upon departing to make sure we weren’t late.

Friendly staff, clean modern rooms and perfect location!

Absolutely our favorite stay of the many we had while traveling. The concierge met us earlier than he’d normally be there so we could drop our things before a scheduled tour and our luggage was waiting in our room when we got back. Very clean, the COMFIEST bed WITH A DUVET (why do no European hotels have duvets??) and we were bummed we could only stay one night.

We had a fabulous stay at Ninfea. The room and public space was beautiful. Our host, Elia, was so helpful in guiding us around Venice and making taxi and restaurant reservations for us. The location is wonderful--close to St. Marks Square and yet in a quiet location.

The entire experience with Ninfea Luxury Suites was outstanding. Elia who runs the property along with his family went above and beyond to make arrangements to and from the airport and the train station with a local water taxi company for us. He met us at the dock to help us with our bags and to make sure we found the property. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us his personal cell phone number sending us links to restaurants and great local places and checking in to make sure we were getting around ok. The boutique hotel itself is insanely beautiful and well appointed. The AC was awesome and it was over 100 degrees and the bathroom was very large. Nothing was missed. Everything about our experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites was inviting and we would definitely return to this hotel.
