This was a great stay and very centrally located. We used our suite quite a bit for mid-day breaks and to cool down, which was very needed at the end of June.

Lovely hotel; lovely staff; very very accommodating - we had 3 children with us - staff was very nice to the kids … and - got e mail after we left that my daughter left her kindle - we are arranging having it mailed to us…

Nice quiet location , about 15 minute walk to st marks square. There are many restaurants near by with shopping very near also. The outside courtyard is very nice but a little smelly. The bar was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was very nice, great selection.

Beautiful hotel and property. Quick walk to water taxi, you can get to the hotel without walking over a bridge but add 5 minutes to walk. Quiet, off the beaten path location. Great breakfast included with stay. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Short walk to St. Mark's square and Grand Canal. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is really nice. We stayed two days in June and enjoyed everything about the stay. All of the staff was tremendously helpful. The A/C in our room was very cold, which helped out due to the heat and humidity of Venice in June. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip to Venice.

This hotel was great! It is on a quiet street near a busier campo, so it is quiet but nearby to anything you may need. The free breakfast was delicious; the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and updated, and our room had an amazing view of the canal. We were close to several vaporetto stops and it was also very walkable. The hotel also just smelled lovely. Recommend!

This was a top notch hotel in a great location! We had a beautiful room with wood beams on the ceiling. The service was phenominal! We enjoyed being able to have a nice glass of wine in their courtyard before heading out to dinner, and their breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city so an easy walk to any location. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in a Junior suite deluxe. Lovely, clean, fresh and comfortable. Fabulous location, couple of minutes walk from San Angelo water bus station. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions with plentiful bars, shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was beautiful, with a quirky layout. Only less positive comments on the room itself was there were no drawers at all and a distinct lack of storage.

We had the most wonderful three-night stay at the Palazzo Keller - it was everything we could have wanted and more - comfortable, clean and safe, with friendly and helpful staff. A central location, yet only a few minutes walk from Sant’Angelo on the Alialguna line, so very convenient to get to, both to and from the airport. Beautifully appointed, the entrance to the hotel is set back from a quiet Venetian street, yet is only a few minutes away from the bustling streets around Rialto and San Marco. You are greeted by a beautiful, shaded courtyard with seating and the tranquil sounds of a fountain set into a stone wall. The interior is elegant, with cool marble flooring and luxurious velvet furnishings, no doubt influenced by Fortuny, and guests can also use the beautiful reading room. We were pleased with our room, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the WiFi worked and we had the most sumptuous breakfast served to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Palazzo Keller!

Great hotel with fantastic service.

Amazing place!

I took my daughter to Venice for two days and stayed at Palazzo Keller. As soon as you walk in it’s beautiful! Staff was lovely, the breakfast is superb. The room was spacious and very pretty….. everything was perfect!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and breakfast was very good. 10 out of 10!

An architectural gem lovingly restored and given new life as a fabulous boutique hotel. It’s in San Marco so almost everything is a short stroll away. Their Lord Byron bar is a joy, breakfast were great and all the staff I came across were outstanding, in short it was a pleasure staying there.

FANTASTIC STAFF AND GREAT ACCOMMODATION. WE WERE ALLOWED TO GET OUR ROOM WELL IN ADVANCE AND 30 MINUTES LATER THE MANAGEMENT GAVE US A FANTASTIC UPGRADE TO ONE OF THEIR WONDERFUL SUITE. THE PLACE IS VERY NICE, ROOMS ARE REALLY GOOD, CLEAN , SILENT AND WELL EQUIPPED, BREAKFAST EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT REALLY KIND . ON MARCH 8, BECAUSE OF WOMEN DAY, ALL FEMALE GUEST GOT A NICE MIMOSA AT BREAKFAST AND THE WAS ALSO MIMOSA CAKE ( VERY GOOD). IN OTHER WORDS, VERY GOOD STAY IN A WONDERFUL WELL LOCATED OLD PALACE PAMPERED BY A VERY ATTENTIVE MANAGEMENT.
