Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was vey clean.

The room was owned by someone else so the staff couldn't really help us with problems. We wanted a ocean view room and misunderstood the description online. Couldn't change since we rented online, booking.com. Given wrong key code on receipt so had to contact someone off sight for right code and couldn't unlock door til 4. We assumed that since we had checked in at office we could get into out room. The jacuzzi in our room didn't work. It was inconvenient to have to walk across road to get our car in the multi level parking garage. We had no cleaning service the days we were there and lots of sand.

The room was so cute and perfect for my mom and I! It was beautiful!! I had a question while I was there and it was easy to get in touch with someone and they answered right away!!

I liked having a kitchen.

It wasn't as I expected. I thought we were getting an ocean view. We got a view of the parking deck. There were stains on my bedspread and decorative throw. The bed was lumpy and the door wouldn't lock. I'm unable to load the bedspread picture.

The property is beautiful. Well maintained

I booked a three night stay, through Booking.com. I will never do that again. They misrepresented by saying I got a beach front room. I thought that meant I would see beach from my room. That was not the case. The room was very nice, but not what I thought I was getting. Instead of facing the beach, I was facing another building. Very disappointed

Very clean, very convenient to everything, staff was great.

Resurfacing the pool area made the lazy river really dusty and hard to enjoy. Water slide and pool was shut down.

The unit was very accommodating and comfortable. It was a small unit with a small kitchen, but it was great for two people. I would stay again.

The description stated an oceanview, which was not correct, it was facing the parking garage, but the rental agent was very accomadating

Great room. PERFECT location. There is tons to do right around this hotel. Great amenities and beach access.
