lovely property in a nice part of town

If you are able to book this accommodation don't hesitate. It is beautiful, kitchen stocked on arrival with some lovely surprises. Loved the way it was decorated for Christmas. Very handy for buses into Edinburgh if needed. James and May responded to any questions I had within minutes. Clear easy to follow instructions for how to enter the accommodation given. Couldn't have been better

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the property. The only thing I don't like is they already seem to be booked every weekend to August next year for us to return!!

The space in the living room was incredible! The master bedroom is also very, very big. We loved how stocked the kitchen was. Our family wishes we could’ve stayed longer because of how comfy it was.

The master bedroom bathroom doesn’t shut well

Overall a great stay for us, James our host was really helpful as we needed certain information and he was able to help us quickly. We had 2 cars so the parking area can barely take 2 big cars like ours. We were glad that we were able to park easily for the 2 days we stayed at WM Apartment. A really cozy place to be at.

ground floor and roomy

dog poo as you walked into the side gated garden on the stones/gravel and on path. dust/dirt around skirting. Shower over bath in small bathroom , water continually going onto floor, hence a very damp and musty smell in the bedroom adjoining the bathroom that contained the 2 single beds. The bathroom door in the main bedroom/en-suite would not close and therefore no privacy for the persons using toilet and shower. Would have taken photos if we had known it was needed for questionnaire.

This apartment is extremely comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed staying there very much. The beds are particularly comfortable and the sitting room is delightful.

The glasses are hidden behind the food cupboard.

What a place! Perfect size for our group of 5 with the 3 bedrooms. It felt like home for the time we were there. The location is perfect for being just close enough to the city center. Communication with James was easy and he responded quickly. Don't hesitate to book this location.

We loved our stay in the three bed cottage and would happily return when we next visit Edinburgh. The cottage itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped - the garden is a great addition and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. The bed and sofas are so comfortable and the showers (especially the en suite shower) are brilliant. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and 2 dogs - the kitchen/dining area is a very sociable space for cooking and eating together. The living room is huge, yet cosy. We enjoyed having a cuppa in the bay window in the mornings and then chilling on the sofas in the evening. There is also a working gas fire, which we used on one of the evenings. The location is perfect - close enough, but not too close, to the centre of Edinburgh. We walked to Arthur’s seat for dog walks every day and we also walked to the Royal Mile, which took about half an hour.

The only issue we had was that an area of the garden (next to the small gate) is not secure and there is a low wall which the dogs (even our little Westie) could easily jump over. We needed to block off that area using the garden furniture so the dogs couldn’t get near to it.

The pictures don’t come close to portraying how beautiful and luxurious this property is. Great room sizes with high ceilings, very comfortable furniture, modern and clean bathrooms. The location was also perfect for a stroll into Old Town. The host was very easy, friendly, and even had fresh groceries for us in the refrigerator.

It was a shame that the bathroom door to main bedroom ensuite didn’t close properly.

So the apartment so the owner have been really perfect. We had an wellcome pack , and he has answered and give us everything we needed quickly. The apartment, is large clean and beautiful with a big garden too. The apartment is in a lovely location and very modern and well kept. The hosts left lots of goodies for breakfast and food bits which really helped. James was very responsive when needed and super helpful.

I came across this apartment while looking for somewhere to stay with my parents and Nan after reading the raving reviews and viewing online it sounded perfect A premium property in the perfect area Great accessibility to the city and to explore The rooms were ideal and everything clean and grand We were stocked up for the few days we were there with luxuries of pastries , fruit , stocked pantry and coffee machine Couldn’t of been a nicer stay and lovely Easter weekend Would recommend

can’t fault it

We had a lovely stay here and it looks even beter than the pictures. Good communication with the owner and they helped us store our bags after check out. The place is very clean and spacious. More than enough room for 8 people. WiFi connection was good and beds comfortable. Located near Park the meadows and several cafés, like the vegan place beetroot sauvage.

Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous property, excellent facilities. Great on site off road parking. Breakfast provided by host. Will defo return .
