This "hotel" is disgusting. The room that myself and my 7 year old daughter were designated was unsafe, mouldy, dirty and falling apart. Drawers were broken, the curtains hanging off, wires coming out of the walls and mould in the "en suite". The hotel is unmanned so calling the number provided, i complained and was put into the hotel nextdoor 'The Cambria'. I was promised a deluxe double room with sea views. The light was not working, the yale lock was hanging off the door and there was blood stains in the carpet. My daughter was terrified as the "manager" was very intimidating, asking her multiple questions whilst she was clearly upset, crying and telling me she was scared. My daughter is now terrified of staying in hotels again and actually had a nightmare the following night whilst in her own bed at home. I have complained, with pictures and have requested a full refund.

Budget hotel but for the price I paid it was worth it. Conveniently located just outside of town centre so minimal noise at night

Basic hotel at a cheap price. Just nicely out of the centre so it is quiet on a nightime. I have stopped before and I will be stopping again as it is handy when I am working in the area.

The rooms are NOTHING like the photos, I booked a family room and it was tiny, broken drawers and dirty carpet, there is nobody manning it, all the outside doors are open, anyone can walk in, the dirt and filth outside is disgusting, including a pair of boxer shorts covered in poo! I had to waste time calling customer service in London, who changed us to a twin room and there was already someone in it! My son, baby and I were left with no room to stay in and they refused a refund!

Dirty carpets. Toilet tissue left on bathroom floor from previous guest. Electrical front box missing from air conditioning socket on bedroom wall exposing wiring. What should have been a bar area, was crammed with mattresses & furniture. Whole hotel was grim & needs renovating. Feels like its a hotel used by Council for emergency accommodation. Hotel should carry a health warning. Avoid at all costs!

With No reception or staff, the place is a hig security risk as the main doors are open to public from the beach front all night. Room next door argued all night and no one to tell them to be reasonable. I will nevr go back again

No meet and greet. Radiators on full on landings when weather is 32degrees outside. Bare cut of wires hanging out of walls. People sleeping in foyer. Dogs barking when stated not allowed. No restaurant when In ad. Would never recommend it!!!

0/10, worst hotel (if you can call it that) not cleaned at all (food on the floor, dirty dishes in the room, bin full of rubbish and more), horrible smell when walking in, no staff to be seen anywhere, other people we booking other hotels when we arrived. no toilet seat, no curtains on one of the windows. Just a mess and a place I will never stay again. I would recommend removing this hotel ASAP.

There was nothing unique about this property, will never stay there again, absolute disgusting place to stay, nobody at the check in desk, had to ring a number left at the desk, no towels, no aircon working due to wires cut, had to move a dirty stained chair near the plug socket so i could plug in the kettle, dust everywhere, holes in the wall, no tv remote. balcony door left unlocked, no key for that door, bar downstairs not open, one person was told he had to stay there until the local council found him another place to stay, another couple had been waiting a hour to check in, i have checked other reviews. The Bonair Hotel is on my list of not to stay there again.
