The stay was amazing and the reception was so nice! My wife is Brazilian, so they spoke Brazilian Portuguese with her, but English with me. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve stay this hotel a few times. Location is good but had some issues this time: one day my room wasn’t clean (I was in the room when they passed firts time and asked to come back 1 hour later, them I return 4 hours later and room wasn’t clean). Second issue: small of marijuana on the hallway, which I bring to attention of reception and they said that they couldn’t do anything. Third: now they have shamppo, soap and condition in bottles bit they don’t give anything else such as cottom swab etc.

So far, best hotel I have been in Sao Paulo. Very well located, excellent quality/price ratio, super helpful staff, and very well maintained hotel.

After staying for 2 weeks in Brazilian hotels, it was nice to stay a couple of nights in an American owned hotel brand.
The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant with a lot of options.
The one thing missing from all other American owned hotels was a coffee maker. As I am sure a lot of people need to do, we had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast being available. Ubless you make breakfast, you will not have coffee.
Starting your day at 5am without a coffee maker in the room was not fun. I would have assumed that they would anticipate this, and offer coffee in the lobby. But no, there is no complimentary coffee as an option to breakfast.
