This Property is not a 5 Star facility. It is an old pig with lipstick on it.3 to 3.5 at best. Our Butler service was terrible. We believe because we did not pay for the upgraded service they try to hit you up for at check in. If you don't agree to pay them an extra $100.00 a day they don't want to provide any service to you. I message them before we went there that it was our 40th anniversary. They message me back "Rest assured that our team of butlers will go out of their way to make your stay truly unforgettable." I guess they forgot to tell me only if I pay the $100.00 a day extra that I might get that service. I went all the way to the Dominican and never got into the ocean because their beach area was nothing but a black water seaweed swamp. The picture of their beach must me air brushed on the site. I was never told that I was able to go anywhere else to get to the beach until the day before I left by another Butler who also told me it was too late for that day to go. It also says it has 4 Restaurants at the hotel, but they are never open at the same time, only one per day. Same area different menu. It is a swamp. Now for the Good: They have a few really good staff members who try to make your stay enjoyable. The food that was available was fairly good. Bar staff was good. I meet a lot of Great customers there. I personally will not go back to any of the Palladium facilities. I will probably never use Travelocity ever again as I have lost my faith in their services.

Overall, my stay was good. However, it would have been nice to either have a full tour of the property or a map of the property handy so I could know what was where. The availability of a menu for room service would have been nice as well. Butler services need improvement. Night room service needs major improvements. Server was not very friendly.

I gave it a 4 star because it was a bit too quiet for me. I expected a little more activities but still very nice.

I had a fantastic experience at TRS Cap Cana Marina! The staff were exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Julia, our E-Butler, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a personal touch. The marina itself is stunning, with its beautiful surroundings and top-notch facilities. Overall, it was a memorable stay with impeccable service and a gorgeous setting. Highly recommended!

Love everything the service especially from our butter Carlos, Enjoy the coffee shop in the morning and also in the afternoon all the employees at TRS that I encounter were extremely nice the service at the restaurants and the food quality was great…The service at the swimming pool bar were great .. the sports bar is great you can ask the DJ the music you would like to listen and he accommodates you .. the only problem is the beach is not existent but they offer a shuttle that takes you to one like 10 minutes from the Hotel n have a nice time the food by the beach is good n the price is reasonable.. we would definitely go back

They are doing an awesome job all around.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted immediately by our Concierge Jeury. I can’t express how amazing he is. Whenever we needed something, he was available every morning. I woke up to a good morning message with the days activities. The resort was amazing and every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this resort, not for amazing locations and amenities, but for the amazing staff.

It was clean. And the staff was professional and courteous. Me and my fiancée enjoyed our stay.

My Butler Arroni was perfect the spa they were rude and also did not give me and the wife the entire 50mins also room service was the worst sometimes never even showed up at check in the guy at tge desk made it seem like we weren't on vacation he was very short cut when you asked a question same for the staff in the giftshop very rude. The Dj was wonderful amd made everyone feel good the food service for dinner reservations the food would either be cold not not come at all long story short we took a uber to their other resort trs turquesa and were treated well and it felt like a vacation as for me i will not go back to trs marina but turquesa definitely

First of all. Usually when someone is having a medical emergency and begs you to call 911, you do so, correct? Not this place. My boyfriend was violently sick and needed help. None of the staff listened as we screamed and begged for them to call 911 while we didn’t have our phones. Coincidentally the hotel room phone wasn’t working at that time either. Staff was asked to leave unless they provided the help we needed, they all left and never returned. Our families called the resort frantically trying to get ahold of us and they ignored all of their phone calls and never sent anyone to check on us. During said medical emergency, they claim that my boyfriend fell and broke a potted plant (they wouldn’t provide us with any sort of proof) and told us we were not allowed to leave and would force us to stay if we did not pay $200 during check out. Aside from that, there is no point even booking here as their beach is not even swim-able. The water was disgusting. The pools were nice, but don’t plan on getting any good beach experience unless you want shuttled to a public beach across town! The food was ok. Not good, but I guess we’ve had worse. I do not recommend this resort. You will not be safe.

Pros: *Room was much bigger and nicer than I expected *Food was actually pretty good (minus breakfast restaurant) *The drinks were STRONG. this is not one of those resorts where it is hard to get drunk at or they water drinks down. All of the drinks had great presentation and getting a drink was extremely easy *Bartenders were all awesome *Both pools are nice, water is not freezing, great temperature *Foam Party and Saturday act were great Cons: *Music is mainly Spanish focused... the music was playing on a loop, and I felt like I heard the same 20 songs every day on repeat *App is not accurate (said restaurants would be open when they weren't. Never got to go to the Italian because this) *No Beach at all *Slight Marina smell *Room Service takes a while and is often inaccurate *Breakfast restaurant is bad (although we didnt try the omelet station) everything else wasnt good *Balcony had no table even tho we requested one (add more furniture *Spa sales guy is very annoying had vendors that also continued to bother us (spa prices are also worse than the US) Overall really great for a short couples trip, if you want to split your stay with two resorts, ..

This place is quite like a cemetery. No body moves and no body smiles . Misery marks on the face of evey singles employees there and they are not shine to share that energy with the guests . Maybe it is a cemetery. Good place for retirement a never come back land .

We were looking for better energy more welcoming vibe . Other than the gentlemen that welcomed that was very nice the rest were cold and unwelcoming . We were there 30 minutes and transferred to another hotel . Expedia has tried to reach the hotel and they have made it very difficult to solve our issue .

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The property was pretty but the food is one star quality and the staff is incompetent. They play the same five songs all day and the shows are lackluster. Room services takes an hour and they mess up every order. They don’t have proper customer service and protocols. Staff are rude and do not take accountability for anything. There is a reason the price is so low. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!! Worst birthday trip of my life!
