We got an upgrade, totally unexpected. View was fabulous and cannot fault the room. Shower was great, always important. Staff was lovely , very friendly.

Wonderful labour weekend staycation at The Quadrant. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Our room was on the 21st floor with a lovely view. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. Shout out to Bella for all the assistance.😊

The room was dirty. In the wardrobe is a white pages from 2021 the plastic cover is falling apart. Bathroom was terrible. Soap dispenser had fallen of the wall and was just left on the side of the sink. Body wash empty. There was still tooth paste spit from last person. When I said something I was told , that is not that bad. They are fully booked and nothing could be done. And the woman was putting words in my mouth. I felt so disrespected. As a single woman travelling I was made feel very unwelcome.

I specifically booked this because I wanted to cook food although the staff tried to provide some of the cooking utensils they did not have proper sauce pans . Staff tried to give something to help out every time I asked for a item so manged with what I had but it made my stay uncomfortable.Nice staff in the reception in the kitchen and who came in to the room to deliver stuff.buffet was average but had hot food .

Terrific value for money. Big studio room with kitchen, washing machine (a big bonus) and nice view. Erratic lifts a small issue but for less than NZ$100/night it is hard to beat in Auckland.

Units both very aged and in need of refurb. Only 1 lift working - barely fit our family with luggage, very long wait on arrival to get up to our rooms due to this. We only stayed one night and needed cheap, would not recommend for longer or if can afford more.
