When we’re in a rush and have short stays we always booked the Tru hotels, specifically this Orlando one. The hotel is always clean and there is good customer service and their breakfast is top tier. Unfortunately this has changed, First I was charged 70 additional dollars for parking; this is more than the 5 star resorts we stay at when we’re staying in Orlando for a week or more. The resorts have valet parking and security but this hotel has neither but charges more. The hotel was booked to capacity and the elevators were constantly down, they also were not working properly. The breakfast here has become horrible, again seeing the hotel to capacity they did not increase their serving of food, when things were gone; they did not attempt to refill and they served the exact thing daily. Finally, my AC was extremely noisy even when off, yes when off it still made noises. After all the good things I’d stated to my family about this hotel after encouraging them to book this place to; I was extremely disappointed by all of these events. The final insult was after paying that hefty parking fee, some guests had nowhere to park after their evening outing, what a slap in the face. Overall the staff here are great and professional but their company’s choice to operate in a cheap manner is not their fault.

The front desk was the best I have ever dealt with. Informative and accommodating, like refilling tea bags at 130 in the morning ❤️. Also great location to Sea World 🙌

I was only there for one night, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. They provide a lovely breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

That was a new hotel. It’s already showing signs of age, the room was very musty feeling the batteries were dead in the remote, and the refrigerator did not work.

Check in was good, i didnt like that we had to pay for parking at a rate of 20 dollars a night x 2 cars! The room was moist! To much humidity in the room even the beds was wet. Plus

It was good. The only thing thing that I didn't like was they never went to make up the room. You can communicate with them through text message though if we need everything.

The staff was super nice and caring. 24 hrs free coffee and tea. Pool table available at no cost. Remember $20 parking per day (plus tax)

The hotel was wonderful. I had spoken to Ian on property a few times about an issue with a prior reservation. He was able to help me out and even remembered me a few days later

Ok hotel for the price. spacious lobby. pillow was not the best . asked staff for better pillow. a/c not the best. Staff was friendly.

Quick 2 night trip. Everything was clean, break was good and the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable! I have no complaints

The Staff was very Helpful in the Midst of a Crisis here in FL & was very accommodating!! Parking was the only issue but didn’t bother me as I am a FL Resident & it was just out of state workers trying to put our home back in order after it was touched by Milton. Thank you for a cold room and a hot shower not including the WiFi for the Kiddos lol

First, Hakeem at the front desk was awesome. Although backed up he was able to get us a room with no waiting. Be aware there is a $20 parking fee. “It’s on our website” I heard someone tell another guest. A money grab.room was small but clean and modern. Bathroom was great.

Convenient, safe, quiet, great amenities, clean, overall great place to stay. Only complaint is not realizing we would be charged $20/night for parking.

Excellent check in. Only required one night after flight from UK and 16 hour day. A few problems in the room, which in fairness we didn’t ask to be rectified. Room 535 Couldn’t get TV on Couldn’t operate window blind Shower leaking when bath tap was selected
