This was a good location for us as we went to the Sunday concert and it was an easy walk. However I was not impressed at all with the property or the staff, especially for the outrageous price. It’s basically an upscale motor inn where you pay extra for parking. The only friendly staff we encountered was when we checked out at the front desk. Not upon check in, not when passing employees in the hall and not at the restaurant bar. Our room: we sprang for The king Bed with the whirlpool in the room. The whirlpool bath took over 50 minutes to fill! The pump and “whirlpool jets” were unbearably loud, I mean super loud! I felt bad for any other room around us, in fact we couldn’t run it for more than 5 minutes. Overall that bath tub was awful don’t ever get that room. The room also had a bath fan that was extremely loud and about to fall from the ceiling. Maintenance is not a priority for this property. Flashing lights right by the front door in the carport flashed for two days as part of it was burning out. Ice machine with no ice for the guests, not mentioned at check in, and poorly maintained rooms with chipped paint and missing caulking. Overall disappointing, we’ve been looking forward to the trip since it was booked in the early spring. Would never recommend this place to anyone, especially since there are many options close to it for much less money.

I was in Kelowna gor a sjirt visit and this hotel was in a great location for exploring the neach the wstetfront and the cultursl area. The staff were reslly friendly snd helpful. The restaurant was lovely and did a great slection of choices. The dinnrr jeni was also very good I enjoyed all my food and drinks there. My room was large and had yhe requested walk in shower. I enjoyed my stay.

The room we got was very roomy and being close to main road we could not hear any traffic.

The suite was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a great location to walk to restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed this property, however the day we asked for the room to be made up they only made 1 of 2 beds, left all the dirty towels and didn’t restock toiletries. Aside from that great spot to stay in kelown

Great memories at this place that i cant escape. Good for time with a lover and also great for a girls trip. Walkable to nightlife and many restaurants nearby.

It is a great place to stay, especially since it is next to the water and downtown Kelowna shops and restaurants. I will be coming back and recommending it to others!

We lived how close to Bernard st it was. Made it so easy to grab dinner or a happy hour.

Located in downtown just opposite the city park, which is really convenient, but it’s right at the corner of main road intersections, easily to miss the vehicle entrance and a bit noisy. Rooms are dated but the things we can’t take is not clean, gaps between bathroom vinyls are moulded, toilet water is leaking. Even we tried to change room but there are still same issues. Besides those, staffs are friendly but unfortunately can’t offer the help what we need. Room calls can’t be made.

Room did not have hot water for a shower after a very hot day 39° outside. Too cold to shower and clean the crappy bath gel they supplied with the shower also did not work the next morning. Ask management what they’re going to do for us. they offered us a free breakfast at 10:30 in the morning after we had eaten two hours before, move room.
