Great location in the city center! Very quiet and comfortable, feels like home! However, the appliances are difficult to operate - wish there are instruction sheets!

Loved everything about our stay. Fabulous location, great space, really comfortable and clean bedroom and living area. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Would book again when visiting Edinburgh and would highly recommend

Great location. Close to the Royal mile and major sights. Apartment was modern, clean and had all the amenities.

This was a great accommodation for our family of 4. The communication before arrival was detailed and helpful; we had no issues checking in. The apartment gave us tons of space and had a full kitchen. The location right off the Royal Mile was amazing - we could walk to anywhere we wanted between Old Town and New town. I would definitely stay here again for a visit to Edinburgh.

Property was interesting with and old safe being converted to a bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom resulted in some not so nice smells in apartment. Loft is a little cramped and not suitable for less mobile people. Apartment was very clean.

The property was modern, clean and really comfortable. There was lovely extras like Molton Brown shower gel, hand soap etc… The bedding was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was in a great location so we could walk to most areas. Just be warned that our flat (14) was on 5th floor. The lift goes to the 3rd floor then you walk next 2 flights. The stairs can be a little challenging if your cases are heavy. But please just be mindful of this but don’t let it put you off. The view from the apartment windows is stunning.

Quick and easy access to Waverley and the Royal Mile. Plenty of dining and shopping within a quick walking distance. Great for children in case you need to stop back at your room quickly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We made use of the luggage stay upon arrival and departure which was very convenient!

We are a wonderful stay in Linton apartments, but I think they need to supply Queen beds…. The double was a bit ordinary as were the lumpy pillows. The kitchen was well appointed as was the bathroom. The location was perfect and the simplicity of using last four numbers of your mobile for entry very sensible.

Great hotel. Excellent location right in the middle of everything so perfect to enjoy the Edinburgh fringe festival yet somehow still incredibly quiet. Friendly staff and made it wonderful to be able to leave bags there before we can check in.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Only down side was 72 steps up to room. So luggage must be carried up... we were told on arrival good luck carrying it up. There is no lift. We did get some night noise from alley / bar that was close to the property. Just need to weigh up the benefits of location, apartment - a lot of stairs to climb.

A little difficult to figure out how to get in and which room apt was ours as there were several email exchanges, but once we got in, we were blown away wonderful, wonderful property. Thank you so much!!!!

The location is wonderful! There is a coffee shop nearby! The apartment is clean and comfortable. The shower is off the kitchen which may bother some, but the door is frosted. The bathroom door reminds of a bank vault-very unique. You cannot stand in the loft area, but you’re only sleeping there. I would absolutely stay here again.
