Strategic location, close to Metro station, and attractions close by and Lighting Supermarket.
Sim Card cant be purchased in any telco anymore,without local ID. We managed to buy sim card at underground at a stand at Tiete metro.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating to our requests, even with their very little command of English.
Room and bed are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was simple but nice choices available.
My second time booking this hotel and I am not disappointed.
Nothing much. Maybe the facility is a bit old and may need some upgrading in the future.

Clean and quiet room. Strong shower ( turn right handle for hot water.
Simple room without hair dryer and amenities.
Staffs cannot speak English. Use 'DeepL' translotor is a great help.

From GRU airport, take airport free shuttle to Terminal 1 or 2. From there, take metro bus to Airport Metro station and head to Luz station. Then change to line 1 ( Jabaquara direction) Sao Bento.
Once you exit from Metro station, follow the sign 'Lgo. So Bento' and go up three floors and go up staircase which is near to restaurants.
You will reach the hotel by foot for 10- 15 walks.
Weak WIFi.
As a foreigner,I applied SIM card from Claro phone company located inside Tatuape shopping floor ( next to Tatuape station ) Sim card cost R$10, data cost R$30. It is cheap and useful to book Uber online.

The place was very clean, staff very friendly, good location (you can get there by train from Guarulho airport, the hotel is just a few blocks from Estação da Luz).
It was a bit smelly, fortunately just opening the window the problem was solved.

The location is at the center of Sao Paolo, but it is not a very safe area, many seemingly dangerous alley ways, especially at night. I requested for a quiet room, and they gave me a higher floor, but there are still some weird noise that is in the room. The breakfast is ok for the price of the room.
The bed was small and I requested them to clean the room and they forgot. The male lobby staff was very respectful and gracious, professional, but the female canteen/ restaurant staff where rude, they where banging all the tables and chairs purposely to annoy guest. That I need to transfer to many tables to avoid their rude behavior. They should not work for hospitality industry if they are not trained to behave properly like a hotel staff, it wasn't a hostel, and even some hostels I stayed in are more proper than them.

The room was large and clean with sufficient storage spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they also let us store our bags after we checked out. The hotel is also situated in a central location with eateries just across the road.
The areas outside the hotel felt unsafe. However, the hotel’s entrance doors are locked and they have to buzz you in, so there is that layer of security.
