Gerald at the Font Desk was Super Helpful and Very Sweet! The Amount of Space in the King Suite is Amazing! Full Fridge , plenty of counter space, table, sitting area, etc! There were supplies already there in the kitchen, and the freezer had an ice maker, which was awesome ! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was great with our kids and their friends. Beds were comfy. Super close to Universal, we drove both days and it was easy to and from routes! Couldn't believe how affordable the Suite was! Wish we could've stayed longer! We will be back !!

Parking was the only issue we had. We circled the grounds for 10 minutes and were unsure where the overflow of parking was supposed to go. We eventually waited out someone leaving.

If you waited about 10:00am to take a shower, there was no hot water

Muy ruidosos, el aire acondicionado y la heladera. No había jabón para lavar platos. Ni para el lavaplatos ni para la pileta. Poca presión de agua. Equipamiento pobre. Las sábanas y el cubrecama estaban gastados. Pésima la almohada.

Excellent location, right next to a bus stop and lots of restaurants and nightlife. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One bedroom suite was a great “home from home” with lots of space. Pool and jacuzzi were good too.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the air con a bit noisy but at least there was some!

Location and accomodations were great. The Room size exceed our expectations. It was nice having a room without carpet. Staff was really friendly.

The sheets, pillos and whole room had strong mold odor. We could smell it coming out through the A/C vents.

One of our showers hot water wasn’t working, and they couldn’t come out until after our check out the next day but the lady at the front desk allowed the whole group of 5 to grab and snack/drink as we were checking out

Hotel is fantastic staff are brilliant location is excellent. Rooms a big and spacious have a fully working kitchen. We love going to this hotel it’s like home to home. Would be a recommendation to have a mop in the room.

Hi all, This is 4 times in senesta. We left sunday and we were there for our grandson's birthday for 8 days, and the staff was great. Love the location and love the hotel very clean, very friendly all the stuff I will stay here again.

Good place for the money that we paid, staff is very attentive and accommodative. Location is very good and rooms are well planned.

Shuttle service is not very useful, they dropped us to Epcot and then from there getting to Magic Kingdom became a task. Also, couldn't use that in the evening as timings were very restrictive.
