We got our money back.
It smelled terrible of mold. We didn’t end up staying in the property and requested a full refund which was granted immediately when we brought the mold situation up. The bed was broken. The kitchenette didn’t work. The room was very very small.

Hello goodnight I'm Gleycielle Lima Mariante Leme I want to register by email that this is my first time in the state of Orlando in the USA; and due to the difficulties encountered with the location and time of arrival from the airport to the hotel, there was a delay in my check-in time. Arriving late at the hotel around 21:30 the hotel did not accept my check in and charged a fine of one hundred dollars; payment only by credit or debit card. At the exact moment I explained to the hotel that my card is national and that I could not use it to pay the fine only in cash. However, the hotel did not accept it. The receptionist who assisted me translated the conversation on google translator and he entered a room at reception to confirm whether he could check in or not with a man who was reluctant to help and that at 11:00 pm the hotel would close and that I would have to remove myself from the property. When it was 11:00 pm, the night shift receptionist who assisted me and made the translations on Google between me and this man who did not authorize my check in, ended his workday and left. After that, the man who was in the room and who did not authorize my check-in, left with another man who works the night guard and asked me to leave the reception. 11:00 pm not knowing what to do I sat on the floor with my luggage in front of the reception and then the man who did not authorize my check in plus the night guard asked me to leave the hotel because it is a private property and that If I didn't I would call the sheriff for me. I cried a lot and asked them to help me but they didn't want to and they didn't. Not knowing what to do, I left with my suitcase on the avenues of Orlando with no destination until I found the Days by Wyndham hotel and checked in to stay overnight for sixty dollars.

The cleanliness this property wasn’t clean or sanitary for me. I had to clean up my own room and I got sick upon cleaning it. it had lots of germs like the last person that was in it was very sick. we could not get our room clean or request for bath towels only on Tuesday.

They didn’t give us a remote the first time we booked and the AC was leaking and they tried to give me the same room I rented before

horrible experience was very dirty. My toilet was clogged for two days no housekeeping No maintenance help for two days the one housekeeper they had was very nice but upset that the hotel doesn’t give her not even bags for the garbages. I had to get my room changed after the first night because the room was so nasty but was stuck in it for a whole night with the people next door doing drugs and partying all night with loud music my daughter was scared only 12 yrs old. My key kept not working to get in my room the second room was still dirty and smelled like cigarettes and I have a 11 month old and my 12 yr old has asthma the floor was so dirty we couldn’t let my baby crawl we had to deal with a crying baby the whole stay. I was told every Wednesday they change linens and new towels again I didn’t get any linens and I had to go to the office to get towels and had to wait 5 hours for them. overall the staff was nice it just seems very short handed and out of order. I was definitely not happy with this stay and would like a refund.

It was nasty there, all the Appliances were broken! The rooms were not to clean! The price was ridiculous! The pool was dirty, the washer was broke for a whole month! Security offfered money for sex!!!

The check in person was nice.
I didn't like anything about the hotel. The building, hallways, room, bed, bathrooms were dirty. There was dirt/sand in my bed sheets. The area didn't feel secure. I honestly lost my money because I didn't even stay the night. I left because the places was really appropriate to stay.

The room and bed felt unclean. The room was damp feeling, the air conditioner didn't work well. The other patrons were loud outside, congregating in general area. Didn't feel super comfortable. Door from outside looked bent up damaged like it was forceably opened

She helped me get in my room, it was raining, was unable to unlock door, she didn't hesitate to meet me at the door to help

I didn’t like it it has roaches every where even on the bed and when I addressed it to the staff I left and wanted my money back and the manager would not even come out to talk to me.

Everything. The room was dirty ( I cleaned the shower, and all surfaces as best I could with my Lysol wipes I travel with), rusted shower curtain held together with tape, mold in the shower, the shower not got warmer than lukewarm even when all the way to the hottest setting , the room door didn’t close properly so I slept with a chair and luggage in front of it, the ac was filthy, there was hair on the bathroom floor that wasn’t mine ( my hair is dyed purple. This was Brown), there is nothing at all in the kitchen. Not even paper towels so the “well appointed kitchen “ thing is a total lie, creepy people all around the property, sob and the best part was the actual crack pipe i discovered on the bathroom door ledge as I got out of the shower- I checked out with in fifteen mins of finding that.

The staff barely spoke English and was rude and gave me a hard time with anything I asked , said if I didn’t park the right way I would get my car towed . They didn’t accommodate anything I needed . There was a 100$ security deposit they didn’t mention when booking , and they don’t accept cash . When I got to the room it had roaches and trash .. the toilet wasn’t working . Just disappointing all the way around . won’t say with Red Roof EVER again .
