LOCATION to Amway Center was great, bed was comfortable, our room was clean. Staff was very friendly

parking was difficult, location had very little choices for food. free breakfast was nothing more than apples, cold cereal and waffles you made yourself. The coffee was really terrible tasting. Our room had one light,(over the desk area) that did not work, one light we had to get a light bulb and replace it so we had light on both sides of the bed.

the floor was really wet and I ask for no smoking room and they still give me smoking room twice when I went there

there were people who lived at hotel constantly roaming around all hours, room smelled

Hole behind my door, dirty toilet and sink that leaked water. Also shower faucet was built backwards. The area is super sketchy and dingy. I would not recommend going outside past dark.

NO HOT WATER - had reserved 2 rooms, could not believe they didn’t tell me when I checked in that there was NO HOT WATER! They refunded $ back to Booking.com & said they would refund me. Left & found another 2 room elsewhere.

I paid for a double room and got a single , The room exuded Cigarette smoke, there were no working outlets in the room, no blankets (only a single sheet) , course hairs in the shower , no one answered the office phone at any time when I tried to call multiple times. Sketchy location.

The bedroom suite was big with 2 Bad a large sofa which was a pull out also a armor large counters with a desk big TV good size bathrooms with a large countertop big mirror big window parking right in front of your door. Exceptional staff owner is very friendly very accommodating, I stay there every year for the Jesus 19'20'21'22'event at the Orlando county fairgrounds for jesusimage.tv It is located right near the fairgrounds also just a couple of miles to downtown very popular college scene good restaurants open up 3 AM Plenty of parking garage walk from place to place also to Disney universal that's about 40 minutes away.

The towels some of them are stained but most of them are good they're all clean.

absolutely NOTHING! the staff was horrible the rooms were awful and smelled liked no one cleaned them, they harassed us about sitting outside our room door when we wasn’t even doing anything but sitting and talking, they complained about the kids playing OUTSIDE! I will never in my life book at this place again! the rooms are not worth the price they look like you can trap out of them and most importantly it’s in the GHETTO!!
