About this house rental

Well-appointed home north of downtown Seattle.

Two parking spaces available in-front of the house.

Enclosed yard for you and your dog!

Easy access to I-5 and Northgate light rail station (20-minute walk or very short drive).

Short walk to UW Medical Center NW and Northacres Park (dog park!).

A plethora of restaurants within a mile of the home.

Tesla Supercharger is located at Northgate Station. (One mile from property)

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with the non-perishable essentials. (spices, olive oil, pots, pans, baking dishes).

Roku TV for easy access to your favorite channels. I keep it logged into Netflix and Amazon Prime for easy use.

The house has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There are two twin "roll-away" style beds available that can be set up in the common area.

The salt water hot tub is in a shared space with the property owner. It can be made private for you at your request. I often keep the hot tub at lower temperatures during the summer. If you prefer a certain temperature please let me know before your arrival and I can adjust it for you!

House is conveniently located near I-5. This naturally creates some road noise outside the property.

(Owners entrance to attached dwelling unit is in the backyard. The front yard is your private space, but you might see me walking through the yard to my entrance in the back).

Airport Shuttle is available for a fee and with 24 hours advanced notice.

Beautiful property. Owners showed extraordinary attention to detail. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. Hot tub was an extra bonus. Cole couldn’t have been nicer. We can’t wait for a return visit.

We traveled from out of state to see Olivia! Perfect location to grab transit and enjoy what Seattle has to offer. Very clean, accommodating hosts, and lovely garden. We will be back!

Highly recommend! We stayed for the weekend to see baseball games. HOST IS FANTASTIC! Very close to light rail, excellent safe neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping and cozy place. The host communication and support was above and beyond. Excellent place we had a perfect visit.

Took my adult kids out for a trip in Seattle, we loved this place Not only from the convenience of being 10 minutes away to downtown, but because how well kept this house was. It was clean, It was comfy! Cole was even nice enough to leave us a box of chocolates to devour the first night we got here!!! Communication with him was great and everything was taken care of fantastically!! I would definitely stay here again!! Oh an the yard/garden wow, just beautiful!!

Husband, dog, and I were visiting our son who lives locally. This place was great. It’s very dog friendly and there is a nice dog park nearby. The house has a beautiful yard where we spent time each evening. Inside is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good about this wonderful home. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and thought of our every need. We will definitely stay here again if we need a 2 bedroom place to stay in Seattle. The location is excellent. Road noise is audible outside but not inside the home. We enjoyed the lovely front porch and didn’t find the road noise distracting at all. They allowed use of their lovely hottub. My first thought when I walked into the home was “I could live here”. Nicely appointed- even a built in doggie/cat bed if we needed it. The place was spotless and the beds quite comfortable with an excellent shower. Look no further if you need a 2 bedroom/1 bath place to stay!

Cole was a great host. We arrived early in Seattle and we were able to leave our luggages inside whilst the bungalow was still being cleaned. This made our life so much easier as we ran out to an event knowing our stuff was safe. When we got back in the late evening, the bungalow was clean smelling, comfortable and we felt right at home. There was coffee available for the morning. Thank you Cole, we loved our stay.

The arrival instructions were very clear. Cole left the gate open for us to park inside because we have an extra long vehicle. The bungalow was beautiful and had a very nice little kitchen. Cole was very helpful and provided directions to the nearest grocery store. The booklet they left on the table was VERY informative and helpful. I hope to stay again in the future.

We were traveling with 2 adults, 1 kid and our dogs. The property was perfect for us. Beautiful, clean, great neighborhood and located near all the things we wanted to visit (and near public transit when we wanted to venture further). The hosts were great, very patient and kind. We can't wait to visit again.

Stayed here while attending a conference in Seattle. Wonderful home with all the amenities and very friendly and helpful hosts. I brought my dog and he enjoyed the private fenced front yard and awesome dog park down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We were incredibly impressed by the location, comfort and look of this charming home. Soft sheets and PLENTY of pillows was my selling point! There is an off leash dog park just a few blocks away that we frequented daily. The owner was quick to answer any questions, and is very friendly! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Seattle!

Stayed while son had surgery and post op appointment. Perfect distance from appointment, not to far from stores and restaurants. Nice neighborhood near big park. Lovely house, very clean. Closet with lots of games and stocked well with toiletries. Big washer and dryer. Very let friendly. Didn’t try the hot tub. Very safe, quiet environment for recovery from son’s surgery. I would love to stay again!!! Best bnb we’ve ever stayed at! (My dog was also very comfortable with the stay) we will plan on a stay in the future when we have less stuff going on.

Cole is a wonderful host & was very accommodating to me and my group any time we needed anything! His hospitality was second to none. He allowed us to check in early after a long day of travel and was so quick to respond with any questions we had. He even has a nice book in the rental with his recommendations and rental information. The only things I wish were a bit better are the fact that we love to cook & found that the kitchenware needed a little love. We weren't able to find what we needed & there was only 1 baking dish & limited pots/pans for us to cook in which was a challenge (but Cole was happy to provide me with anything I needed from his residence downstairs). I also think some of the furniture needs updating to meet expectations I had based on the price of this rental. The big couch specifically & the rug in the living room. Overall though, we really enjoyed the trip & felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Cole!

Such an incredible property just north of the city. The host is amazing. Very friendly but keeps your spot private. Super convenient to get to everything and the house was beautiful. Would love to stay again. My parents are on the older side and there’s only two steps really to get up into the house and my mom had no problem with them. Kitchen is also well equipped and we enjoyed a few meals and game nights around the kitchen table.

The cozy & quiet home is a gem! After a long drive, we were delighted to enjoy a late afternoon neighborhood walk. There is also a nearby park which became our dogs favorite morning activity. After her morning outdoor session she was a chill dog, ready to accompany us on all the other planned outings. The hosts also provided a fun guide for nearby restaurants.

This home was a beautiful place to stay for the night in Seattle. The house was clean and very cozy. We loved using the hot tub. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Cole was responsive when I had a few questions and got right back to me. 10/10 would recommend staying here and I will definitely look for availability here first the next time I visit Seattle!

This home was a dream! I came up for a surgery and recovery, and this little house was the best place I could have hoped for in terms of cleanliness, accessibility, amenities, etc. The host was amazingly responsive, friendly, and kind. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

The property is great for convenience to the freeway while still feeling comfortable and tucked away. The place is nicely appointed and we were comfortable for work and even had all the kitchen basics so we could make a nice dinner without having to buy things like oil, butter, or seasonings…it was all there. Greatly appreciated the coffee and creamer options in the kitchen too and the welcome chocolates were a nice touch. Enjoyed using the hot tub and communication was easy.

Such a great place to stay in Seattle. Host was very accommodating and house was perfect for a couple to relax. Location is close to main highways to head out and see the sights. Hot tub was great after hiking at Mt. Rainer. Highly recommend this VRBO!

What a delightful home. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly located and we had everything we needed for our stay. Actually, our hosts thought of so much more than you expect in a home. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Will definitely come back.
