First of all,I admire the peaceful location,So peaceful and eco-freindly. The shower was nice ,beds was comfortable,And the kitchen was delightful!!!
The heater upstairs was playing up on our 2nd night and it was really freezing,That’s all.

Fantastic little place, quite and comfortable. We stayed here as my sister had a wedding at the Gray Manor. But we wanted a chilled weekend, and this place is perfect. It has a hot tub with a fantastic view, not to far to the shops and pubs. And I definitely advice on popping to the farm shop, fantastic tea and scones.
Oh and the random dog is sooo sweet and friendly.

Lovely tiny house, good beds.
We really had a nice stay there and would certainly come back when we'd be in the neighborhood again.
We gave an 8 but it would be a 9 if the watercooker and oven would have been cleaned. Reallly.
4.5
Warm, comfortable and welcoming.
bathroom being downstairs

lovely and helpful hosts, fantastic facilities, breakfast products/tea/coffee, charming location, cleanness, great outdoors facilities and space for dog to run around
not a negative, just a comment - it was missing a living room/living space area which we knew when we were initially booking it but just realised it would be good thing to have :)
4.5
Beautiful location. Lovely walks to the pub. Cosy accommodation. Super helpful owners with amazing comms. Hot tub was lovely. Really enjoyed the stay.
Would definitely come again but would bring slippers as the floors are cold on wintery days.

I liked the house from the outside, secluded area. Good speed wifi. Tv with dvd player. Big selection of dvd movies and books. Plenty of towels, comfy bed and warm bedding.
The house was completely cold. Termostat was down to around 15, heating off when we arrived. The owner said she forgot to turn termostat up because the house was vacant during Christmas, understand that but thats not good enough. When i raised it to another owner ( a man) ive heard "other guest have never complained" really? Thats the worst answer you can give! Ive worked 10+ years in hospitality and thats unacceptable to say to your guests. So when we arrived we stayed under the blanket for a few hours as it was impossible to stay relaxed on the sofa or kitchen. It took hours to make it fairly warm. Thank god there was a portable heater. We didn't like how dirty the oven and kettle was. Ive never seen a kettle with such amount of scaling. Disgusting. I couldn't even make tea or coffe. Not to mention how dirty oven was from the inside. It needs deep cleaning asap. Other appliances were also not so clean so we had to wash every item before we used it and as a curtesy we washed them after cooking. We felt the kitchen could have been better equipped, maybe a small dishwasher would do. Also in 2022 id expect a smart tv with Netflix etc. Tv was somehow smart(an old generation smart tv) but it was impossible to do screen mirroring. So in general i felt like there is a lot of space for improvement, but seems like the owners took it for granted how amazing place they have.

Secluded location
We were happy with everything

The cottage is well presented, although the accommodation is limited in size/space. It's in beautiful countryside and would be glorious in the summer, when the secluded garden would provide entertainment all evening! There's a bbq/fireplace and sauna, overlooking countryside.
Nothing.

The cottage had lots of character and had been very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay and we enjoyed the fresh eggs, milk and bread.
It would have been even better if there was a stair gate and if the second bedroom had had room for a travel cot.

Quaint cottage, comfortable and in a quiet location. bread, eggs and cereals left in the kitchen were a super touch
nothing. it’s small so more than 2 people is a challenge. the seating area is in the main bedroom

Fantastic cottage with a homely feel. Hosts are friendly and accommodating, and there is a lovely farm shop at the end of the road for some supplies if needed. If you wanted to venture out, Andover is not to far from the coach house. Would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend a car to get around as taxis are a little expensive.

The coach house was very much as described. It was beautifully warm, with plenty of towels, clean beds and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need, the coffee, tea, milk and bread were a lovely surprise. It was a great place to spend a couple of nights and
The mattresses on the single beds are quite soft.

The internet did not work.

The views were amazing and we had a family bbq with our family who live close by. There were plenty of good local walks and a lovely coffee shop about half a mile away. There was plenty of space for the kids to play safely and the owners were friendly and helpful when we asked them about the bbq. The value for money was fantastic and we would defo stay again when we are in Wiltshire. The property has a firepit and we had charcoal and firelighters provided for us. The car parking was easy and the sat nav took us straight to the turn off for the coach house.
The wifi connection threw us off quite a bit but it wasnt a big problem for us as there were great films and a great selection of books but this was the only reason it wasnt a 10.
